This hotel itself is the attraction of Xishan Island, and it may be the most worth visiting attraction in Xishan Island. It is 1 day around the island. Other attractions really don't want to say anything. Get off the bus and look at it. On the contrary, the hotel is in a good location and the scenery is beautiful. Service: Very in place, help to send washing and drying clothes, hotel guests have free afternoon tea, parking lot for in-house customers, you can also give priority to booking the restaurant's view location (you know that many people want to enter the queue number, accommodation guests have preferential service) In short, there are many preferential services in the store. Our overall stay at Park Hyatt was definitely memorable. The service was wonderful, the staff were helpful and kind, the facilities were exceptional. I would like to mention Betty, Shaw, Adolph, Vivian and Nick for being such amazing staff! Betty and Shaw made sure we received complimentary cake and wine in celebration of our anniversary. They were so responsive with our questions and are always ready to help. Adolph and Vivian assisted us with checking in and reception. We can’t speak Chinese well but they communicated with us in English which made our stay even better. They also helped us book our dinner reservation. Nick was the manager at apartment 208 where we had dinner. There were complications at first but Nick was able to handle everything well. He was also super kind and respectful. Our stay was almost perfect except for the fact that there was another guest who was blowing his nose, coughing and spitting in the pool which was a turn off for us. We decided not to use the pool anymore. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for couples, friends and family who need a wonderful staycation.

Really a very pleasant stay I came to Lili Ancient Town with my little sister. I originally booked a homestay. Later, because of special reasons, I changed to Lihua Jianguo Hotel. I arrived in Suzhou from Shanghai after work. The hotel was very new. At night, a little brother received it. Everything was very fast. There is a small robot in the hotel to help deliver food. When checking out, the front desk lady Xiao Jiang is also very good. It is a memorable play experience to help us delay check-out until 2 o'clock for free.

Did not meet expectations. Building has issues. -Rooms had temperature issues that the AC could not handle, Hotel tries to handle this with curtains and a paper notice (see picture. With the curtains closed Room was 35°C at check-in in winter because the room was on the sunny side). -Lack of hot water for the shower/bath in the evening, hotel said it has trouble handling peak hours (and they weren't even fully booked). -Shoehorn dropped in the middle of the night, waking us. Hanger is a double sided tape variety. -Other obvious maintenance issues like the electrical socket being misaligned, and the toilet seat having bad gearing in the smart toilet. -No decaf coffee available in the room, the staff said there is none (did not even know what it was). Normally with this brand of coffee the decaf is in blue packets. -Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pretty standard mainland fare. Line to the noodle stall was excessive, and for everything else the quality was lacking. On the positive side, the pool and the sauna were satisfactory. Good parking too. Firm bed for those who like it. Staff was fairly responsive despite, although Chinese is helpful. And for one of the 3 rooms booked we got an upgrade (although all of the negatives above still apply)

Really fortunate to choose 0572 Hotel! The environment is clean and tidy, the hot spring pool is very clean, there will be no mess and smell, the room view is very good, you can see the lake directly, the most important thing is very quiet! Enjoyed the atmosphere of hot springs and vacations, and originally planned to stay for only one day of travel, because with the intimate service of the butler Xiao Yang, we decided to take another day off for another night, including patient confirmation and arrangement of pick-up before check-in, even because we telecommuting helped us deliver breakfast With the fight for delayed check-out time, as well as scheduled vehicles and late night hairy crab stalls, even during the next day's holiday, they are always online, there are questions, the service is really in place! I arrived at 11:00am and was given whatever was available, which was not a very nice room. But that was my fault, because I really just needed to shower and rest. I appreciated Summer getting me a room right away. And she recommended I change rooms the next day. The next day, Maria was incredibly helpful in finding me a much nicer room with an amazing view of Jinji Lake. And she continued to assist me with other questions. Serena, as well, was very helpful in rebooking my stay for two more nights!
