Hotels near Suyuan Park (West Gate), Suzhou

The location is good, transportation is convenient, the price is not expensive, and the service is great. The room is very large and clean. I decided to stay at All Seasons Hotel from now on. The most touching thing is that the washing machine and dryer are very clean. The clothes are warm in my hands after drying, which is very comfortable.

Nice location. It's surrounding by restaurants, groceries, fruit shop and so on but still good atmosphere. The staffs helpful & friendly, even trough, they can't speak English but their effort is really really good. One thing, just want more detail for the direction to go to the hotel such as exit no., go on the (name) road/ street. One important thing form mt travel experiences (by metro/ subway) is exit no. and when you out turn to the left or turn to the right, it helps a lots.

The room was nice and big but they didn’t provide me with bath towels on the first night just hand towels. The wall has few scratches and marks and the window was really difficult to close. A fine hotel, nothing special.

The hotel staff are enthusiastic, gentle and provide good service. Although the room facilities are a bit old, the hygiene and cleaning are good. The geographical location and transportation are convenient. My only regret is that the bathroom smells bad due to the humidity in the southern summer.

The location is very good and near to train station with 2 convenient stores nearby. Also alot of eateries nearby along the street, just need to walk abit. Also walkable to Ping Jiang Lu and Guan Qian Jie. Room is of decent size. No breakfast but there is a small bakery at lobby, and the bread taste good

Pleasant stay at CitiGo Hotel. Great hospitality and service from all the staff. Breakfast was a surprise, I did not expect a variety of food served as the hotel is not a large scale hotel. Very modern facilities as well, I don't even need to use my plug converter as the room provides internationally friendly plug. Table in the lobby even comes with wireless charging pot. A big bonus is the self service laundry and dryer, with detergent, sanitizer and softener provided. Breakfast ends at 12pm so that we don't have to wake up early, check out time 2pm, supper at night (though I didn't try it as I don't eat pork), free fruits at check out and welcome drink. Unlimited drinking water and complimentary soft drinks provided in the fridge. Oh ya they use robot to send your parcel and food up to your room too. The only cons are the slippery bathroom that could be dangerous to elderly (I travel with my old mom) and a weak hair dryer. Please at least provide anti slippery mat. Overall it is really value for money I will highly recommend to my friends.

We stayed in this hotel for only one night, so it's difficult to give a full review on all available amenities. The overall impression is positive. The breakfast on the 31st floor set up a good mood for the day, the food was just fine. Nothing special, but quite enough for а substantial meal. English speaking staff. the biggest disappointment is the construction works just next to the hotel. If you plan to sleep in the morning, then the hotel is not the best option for that. Sunday morning, they started at 7am =/ P. S.: CTRIP guaranteed two rewards for this booking: free breakfast and room upgrade. However, the room was the same as we paid for. No problems with free breakfast

Andu Hotel is very clean, New and contemporary designed. We have 3 adults and booked the correct size of accomondation type with 2 rooms inside. We are very satisfied with its design as it is so privacy. Me and my husband staying in 1 room and next room is my sons'. We 3 share same toilet, wardrobe and pantry . Cons is the toilet is bit see through though is frosted. No lift to 3rd floor where our room is. So we have to carry all my luggage from reception 2nd to 3rd using staircases. Those who travelling with elderly or little baby might need to request for other floors may be 4th floor which got lift. Surrounded by eateries and shops. I will come back to stay Andu Hotel again. Last not least , friendly front desk staffs and free usage of washing machines and dryer before 12pm which I don't think tourists will have time for it.

It's the first time I came here to stay. It's really great. The service is very good. It's close to the subway entrance. The service from Xiao Min and Xiao Taozi at the front desk is very good. They provided breakfast 🥣. Thank you very much. The breakfast is delicious and very close to Jinji Lake. In the evening, I went to see the night view. I chose to continue to stay tonight. I will stay here again next time.
