Got free upgrade and love the room with huge window. Super clean and comfortable. Great amenities and there is guest laundry room. Room service/ attendant at level 8 is excellent. Front desk ladies are friendly too.

來蘇州旅遊的，訂的酒店附近交通出行方便，門口就是公交車打車也方便，地鐵200米左右，吃早餐也方便對面就是朱鴻鑫麪館蘇州老字號了味道很不錯😌，前台和店裡領導服務態度都很不錯有需求也幫忙及時溝通解決了，住宿環境乾淨整潔簡約的那種，房間帶投影儀看電影棒棒噠很不錯，住了很多天，下次來玩還會選擇這家，推薦

Very nice and I liked the high tech Ai facility, u can called out 小度小度 to instruct it to on the lights, to open and close curtain, to on and off TV and to play music, and also to on and off aircon and asked for specific aircon temperature, this hotel also has free laundry room on the 3rd floor, and the hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly, the receptionist is so nice, I had to give 5 stars as she gave me free gift upon leaving ❤️❤️❤️ I also liked that the room has purple light which made the atmosphere cozy and nice to stay, the bedding is very soft and nice too

The hotel is fully equipped and small. The environment is quiet and clean. The front desk service is warm. There is a bus stop 50 meters outside the hotel. Close to the Langlang Pavilion, walk more than 500 meters. There are supermarkets and various foods around.

My hotel allocation was at the older building the hotel premise is quite a distance from entrance to the building but its fine. The room size is big toilet and shower separated (nice) their toilet equip with bidet spray and treatment thingy. Plus point Their breakfast selection was good The surrounding of the hotel has alot of cafe pubs and all if you want to stay near to famous tourist locations this might mot be the right hotel for you. I forgot to take the items I had left at the concierge, but they were delivered to the room in time after I called the front desk. Although the room is not large, the layout is reasonable.
