Hotels near Xiangzhou Road in Suzhou

The grounds are beautiful and being next to the scenic garden was great for photo taking. The free Chinese costume trying experience was fun. We topped up 100¥ and 150¥ to include hair styling and a full day rental of a nicer range of hanfu (ancient period costumes). Although the hotel is non smoking, we could distinctly smell cigarettes smoke along the corridor. The first room we were given had a strong stench of cigarette smell and the reception promptly changed the room for us. Staff wise, front desk staff, Jingfeng was very helpful and went out of her way to assist us when we had problems with our food delivery. We appreciated the general friendliness of the team in the hotel.

Staying at this lovely hotel was fantastic! It's got a cool, modern vibe and it's in a perfect spot, very close to the old town and the subway. The view from the window was just stunning! The staff were really nice, they gave me a sweet welcome gift. The only downside? It got kind of noisy at night 'cause I could hear my neighbors watching movies. But apart from that, everything was amazing!

I have extended from 2 to 5 nights stay. It's very good hotel, the surroundimgs is very vibrant and transportation especially subway is very convenient. Nothimg bad to say, just a bit surprise that seems very quiet and less guest staying, could be in loe season and high competition among nearby hotels

Located right in the middle of Shantang street which is a main tourist attraction, hotel entrance was easy to find as well. Room was quiet even though it’s right by the tourist street. Accessible via metro, but will need to walk about less than 10 minutes through a pebbled stone street - will recommend to reach slightly earlier in the day, as the street can get VERY crowded at night especially on weekends/peak periods, which will make it challenging to navigate with luggage.

The room was extremely clean and nice. I really love the design, and the amenities were superb too! The location of this hotel is 10/10. It's right at Exit2 of Suzhou metro line 4 & 1. (I walked to the wrong Home Inn, silly me!) Very convenient to visit all Suzhou landmarks. I wish I had more time and will definitely come back. Hotel staff were willing to help out, special thanks to Manager Bai for the help my booking. Nice lobby with nice laundry area and cute little robot. :) All in all, my stay was pleasurable!

Facilities: Because I booked a Soviet-style family room, the room is on the second floor and there is no elevator. When you go up to the room, you have to go through a very steep and narrow staircase. If you are going with elders or companions with inconvenient legs and feet, you need to think carefully. Hygiene: You have to go through a long corridor before entering the B&B. There will be a little smell, but it is not heavy and it is acceptable. In addition, the room is clean and the host will provide cleaning supplies. Environment: It is in a private house, so the environment is more life-like. Service: The host of the B&B is very polite Ps. There are many restaurants outside the hotel, and it is convenient to find something to eat; it is also very close to Pingjiang Road, Guanqian Street, etc.; the scenic spots also include the Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove, etc.; in addition, the hotel is about 5-6 minutes away from the subway station, which goes to Suzhou. There is only one stop, which is very fast. There are only two stops to Qili Shantang. If you are afraid of cats, please be careful. There are many cats in the B&B. There will be one waiting at the door in the morning😅😅

I came to Suzhou with my friends. I wanted to try the Muxiang Chinese restaurant that I had been to twice, so I booked the five-diamond Pingjiang Mansion. The hotel is located next to the popular Pingjiang Road Historical and Cultural Street. It feels good when you enter the main entrance of the hotel. It's a bit quiet in the bustling city. Next to it is Suzhou's Beiban Garden. When the automatic door of the hotel lobby is opened, you will see the Suzhou-style bridges and flowing water. The hotel lobby is very large. There was a small problem when checking in. The package I bought was for coffee coupons, but the staff did not move after checking me in and giving me the room card. I waited for him, he looked at me and asked if he had done it. The answer was yes, OK, and I had to take the initiative to remind the coffee coupons. This is a bit... Shouldn't the staff carefully check the package contents of each guest's reservation information? The room is on the second floor. The first feeling when entering the door is not very good. The facilities and furniture are really a bit old. There is no separate shower room. The bathroom smells like a toilet. After taking a shower at night, I wanted to use a hair dryer, but it was broken. It was powered on for a while and then not working. Because it was late at night, I didn't contact the hotel to change it. Also, the booking information says there is a free mini bar, but the refrigerator in the room is not powered. The breakfast buffet the next morning was quite good, with a wide variety of dishes, the restaurant staff was polite and attentive, the closing time was very timely, and the dining environment was also good. I hope the hotel can improve the room hardware and software to match the price. In addition, the Muxiang Chinese restaurant is only average, the price-performance ratio is not high, the service is average, and the taste and quality of the dishes can only be said to be improved.

The Yiyuan double room is on the 2nd floor, and you can see the lake a little bit. The lake view room It should be the same room type on the 3rd floor. What’s more surprising is that the bedside couch and sofa combine to form a 1.5-meter small bed, which is perfect for family travel. The Ctrip order also came with fruit as a gift. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the quality is quite good. Even though the room is full during the holidays, the breakfast is not messy due to the large number of people. There are many staff and they always serve with a smile. Thumbs up. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools, children's activity room, and gym are excellent. The lakeside swimming pool will become a holy place to check in in summer. You can borrow a bicycle for free, it's a Trek bike, the front air pressure shock absorber is internally routed, it's high-end, and you can ride around Jinji Lake without any stress. I hope that the four seasons in Suzhou will get better and better and become a business card of Suzhou tourism.

Hotel have airconditioning which is very rare during march un shanghai, heated floors, heated toilets, with balcony, windows cant be open though. Outside the hotel is the famous street on shantang. Very nice place . Breakfast is not ok though , they have complimentary drinks though and the ambiance of the hotel is perfect for photoshoot
