We are visiting Alishan, Sun-moon lake so make a stop at Taichung and we find this is a nice hotel and nice room and facilities are well equipt , we like hotel breadfast at the cafe which supply a bit variety of Asian food + American food too. It's a pity we only for a night , next trip I will plan to come back here for few days stay to explore Taitung.

Would like to highlight an issue we encountered with regards to our deposit and certain charges that were made to us but which we had not incurred. When we were checking out, we asked to have a look at our statement of charges as we understood that any additional charges would be offset by the deposit placed with the hotel. We had dinner at ”The Prime -Grill and Lounge” on one of the nights and just wanted to check if the charges were right. The statement showed 3 separate bills that were not incurred by us and were all purchases of alcohol, which we found strange. When we brought this up with the front desk, the staff did not seem surprised at all with the error or sought to verify the same anywhere nor were we given any apology for the mistake. It was as though she already knew that those 3 charges were unanauthorised transactions and said that the hotel would rectify the issue with the bank in respect of our deposit. The front desk was also very adamant to not let us speak to her manager about the issue. We just wanted to highlight the above because we would usually just trust the hotel to refund the right amount of deposit without checking, especially when using credit card to pay the same. But it may be worth checking when it comes to this hotel as based on the reaction which we got from the front desk, it seems that such mistakes whether intentional or not have happened before. We also hope that the hotel would do some sort of investigation into how issues like this could happen.

The hotel was originally available for check-in at 4:00 pm. When I checked in at 4:50, the front desk told me that the hotel had not been cleaned yet and that I had to wait for 10-15 minutes. After complaining to the supervisor, he immediately assisted in upgrading to other suites and provided souvenirs as compensation. The hotel is a bit old, and the facilities and electrical appliances are a bit old. Breakfast is NTD 680 at your own expense, but the CP value is not as good as expected. The dishes are generally limited. However, thank you to the supervisor for his immediate assistance. Otherwise, this stay was a bit lacking.

It was right before the long holiday weekend when I checked in, staff was very friendly, but quite persistent about no late check out. Room is clean and comfortable. When I requested iron and board, they gave me a baby-sized board which is very funny. Had breakfast in the morning, limited eggs, and I guess it’s the same everywhere else, as eggs are in serious shortage I heard. Overall impression is still quite good, will probably come again.

One of my favourite hotel!! Breakfast is very nice with a lot of options to choose. Love that there is TV in the toilet. The room is spacious for 4 adults. The downside is that the hotel is in the middle of the road. So it is a bit hard to cross the road if there is a lot of car driving pass.

Booked a superior double room with a bathtub and a garage type. It is as clean as the photos on the website. The air conditioner is cold enough. The water in the bathtub and toilet is hot enough. The location is convenient. However, the pillows are high and hard, and the floor is not clean enough. You have to wear slippers when barefoot. Was given a bigger room but it has a funky smell. Requested to change a room but they denied until I had to give them a 2nd call right after they hang up. They asked someone to come over to check and upon acknowledging the weird smell in the toilet, they say just let the smell go away on it's own with freshener. I had to reject the housekeeper TWICE before they let me change another room which is much better. No smell and cleaner. They should've given this room from the start. Service is terrible but the location is just beside Fengjia Night Market which is a plus point. There is a bus stop just below the hotel that goes to Ruyi to get some snacks shopping done. Breakfast quality is bad but sufficient. No high expectation on the breakfast.

今天剛好是父親節前夕，特地南下台中陪岳父大人吃飯，我們特地選在福華饗宴。吃完后依照女王大人的指示前往一中街把她的二手包賣掉，再買幾件新衫補充囉！晚上再回到逢甲去逛街吃晚餐喔！ 終於在晚間9點初抵達我們注意很久的芭蕾經典旅館，它雖然地址在向上路，但其實要從文心南五路轉進入口囉！ 今晚有摸獎活動，我摸到一顆黃球，可以回饋住宿費600元。我們住的是芭蕾君心的等級，也算是小小嘗試看看囉！ 我們的房間剛好位在最邊間，浴室我覺得有變大的感覺ㄟ！我很喜歡白色系列的造型，加上65吋超大電視，讓我們看起電影很爽快喔！房間還算是相當簡約，該有的都有啦！由衷希望可以有一碗牛肉湯麵泡麵啦！ 今天走了很多路，因此我也享受它的按摩浴缸，還算很舒服喔！晚上看了兩部電影也值回票價，再加上隔天早上又看了一部忍者龜。 早上我跟老婆的早餐剛好一中一西，中式是稀飯配小菜，西式的則是雞腿排漢堡，再配上兩杯柳橙汁，就完成早上的美味時刻啦！ 接着就是瘋狂拍照，為女王跟小女王留下一堆的美美照，結束這一段南下台中快樂行啦！
