Wonderful family owned family owned and run. The level of hospitality afforded to my family was certainly above and beyond. There was a genuine care factor that I was unable to fault. Heading out, don't worry about a taxi, we will drive you. How was the complimentary breakfast. As my first experience of a capsule hotel, I really wanted to like this place. Having an early flight and this being on the doorstep of the terminal, I had high hopes and couldn't wait to get some rest before my flight. My experience started well, with the staff being incredibly welcoming and helpful, the room and washrooms are stocked with everything you might need during your stay, but that's where it stops. I booked a First Class room so I could keep my case with me and had more than enough space, but it was dirty. The floor, table, curtain, TV etc had a thick layer of dust and other people's hair and looked awful. The bed sheets are thin, a bit damp and I was cold during the night, despite turning my own AC off. I was also woken up by some loud, impolite guests in the middle of the night. The worst part was the shower, it was so mouldy and unclean I didn't want to be in there at all, and even the ceiling was covered in dust etc from the extractor fans. The WiFi is also slow. I will definitely not be staying again and wished I'd booked elsewhere.

Clean, good value and innovative hotel. The hotel is located by the Osaka bay. It provides either Bay view or city view. Rinku town station is just 10 min away by foot. Don’t be taken aback by 10 min walk. You would actually walk through a beautiful park and reach the hotel. Check in was smooth. The receptionist was a robot dinosaur. Everything was made easy and smooth. Room itself is a fine size. You could open the window slightly if you want to. Good lighting . The bathroom is decent size and equipped with a nice soaking tub. The room is spotless and clean. Bed and pillow are very comfortable too. The highlight of the in-house guests is to have access to the nice hot spring via 2nd floor. In-house guests do not need to pay additional fee for the hot spring. Upon check out, you could even leave the luggage’s free of charge for the day. That’s really nice. Last but not the least, I came across a dilemma during the stay. It was because the terms and conditions ( fine print) was in Japanese and I could not read it. It causes a little of inconvenience. I appreciate the staff assisted me on this one-off incident.

Hotel is easily located Just 2 min from departure gate and the hotel entrance is literally at the train station separated by a travellator. There is a convenience store at the lobby where we can get bottled water and snacks at night. The room is spicy and span and the amenities provided is also of high quality. The best airport hotel in Kansai!

There was ointment in the car, but when I wanted to get on the car, the door was automatically locked and I couldn't get it. Thanks to this, it was itchy, even though I only slept for two hours, I woke up. It may be for crime prevention, but I hope that prepaid customers have a system that can be vacated, or even a little bit, so that it can be easily obtained even in an emergency.

Wonderful family owned family owned and run. The level of hospitality afforded to my family was certainly above and beyond. There was a genuine care factor that I was unable to fault. Heading out, don't worry about a taxi, we will drive you. How was the complimentary breakfast. It should be said that the rooms are quite small, however the cleanliness of the property could not be faulted. I would recommend N Gate to all as a great introduction to the Japanese people.

Environment: There is a large public bath, and hotel guests can use it for free It is more convenient to go to the airport, and there is a shuttle bus to the Outlets. But many people go directly to the tram station further away without researching it. Who doesn't need it. Buses are better.
