It overheats and cuts off the power three times while blowing my hair.

The room is very spacious, the sanitary conditions are satisfactory, the facilities are good, and the hot water is very comfortable. There are many parking spaces in front of the hotel. It is very close to the highway and the city center. Just across the road is Qiluo Ancient Town.

The room is spacious and bright. I like staying here very much. I stay here almost every month when I come to Tengchong.

The hotel receives a lot of tour groups, and people come in the middle of the night. There is a lot of noise from cars and people, so be careful if you want to have a good rest.

I took an elderly person on a trip and checked in at around 10 pm. The room provided by the hotel for the elderly had a pungent smell of smoke. There was a mahjong table in the room. It was obvious that someone had played mahjong during the day and the room was not processed. I asked to change the room. The front desk clerk went into the room to check. I had to hold my nose when the situation happened. The two waiters at the front desk had a very good attitude and actively handled the negotiation. However, they reported it to the superiors and never handled it. I directly called the deputy general manager of the hotel according to the information left at the front desk and wanted to negotiate and handle it as soon as possible. Elderly people play I was quite tired after a long day, but I didn’t expect that a hotel executive would have such a bad attitude. After explaining the situation, the first thing he said to me was that I had booked a room, the hotel had provided me with a room, and there was no problem with the hotel. I asked him if the hotel had any problem. They were not supposed to provide rooms that were livable and not smelly. Instead, they hung up the phone on me. This was really a lesson. In the end, I complained to the police and it took nearly two hours to check in.
