In such a tall building, there are only three elevators (some of the lights on the top of the building are broken, which makes it quite scary at night). Later, I used a set-top box as a hotspot to get wifi. At the time of booking, this was the best rated 4.7 points among Category 4 and 5 apartment hotels in Tianjin.
