This was a lovely hotel in a convenient location as we had a day trip to Kamakura, using the nearby metro as our starting point. We had a comfortable room on the third floor. I've never seen a room so gleaming, it was as if it was brand new. The taps were sparkling! The staff on the front desk and at the bar were friendly and helpful. There was a good choice of food at breakfast. We didn't use it, but there was a free laundry room for guests to use. We did use the complimentary hotel shuttle bus which was great, you just have to get to reception 10 mins before it's due to leave. We'd definitely recommend the hotel.
