Overall another great hotel. The bed was large and comfortable. Like the other LiveMax hotel the staff were extremely friendly. On the first floor they had a sauna and a convenient and relaxing smoking room. The room was clean and modern looking. The space was a bit small but overall a good place to stay.

Hotel was easy accessible from Shinjuku station through an underpass. There’s a video from hotel website that shows how to get to hotel using the underpass. There are eateries/restaurants/Lawson/familymart in the hotel. Lobby looks nice and grand. However the room and toilet are kind of old fashioned. Luckily it was still quite clean. The laundry machine for washing and drying were separate. After wash you have to go and manually transferred to dryer :( and you can’t monitor the washing status through tv. 2 other hotels we stayed b4 have this service. The rooms and facilities needed an upgrade. Will not come back again.

Location: Near to Shinagawa Station which link to most of the place you will visit as a tourist. Cleanliness: the room is clean, not feeling any uncomfortable. Service: We reached the hotel around 1pm, although the check in time is 3pm, the reception staff willing to help us to check in earlier without our request which surprise us. Facilities: we do not have time to try their facilities, but in room facilities is well maintained. View: I forgot which floor we stayed, but the view is awesome, before we checked out we can see the Mt. Fuji which is superb.

the hotel is located in a cozy area, in between stations of 2 subway lines, with cafe, pubs and restaurants nearby. everything in this hotel is ‘just enough’ - the size of the room and bathtub isn’t big but just enough, the hot spring area has just the right amount of space to shower and dry the hair, the room doesn’t come with complimentary water but there’s tea and detox water in the lobby. however the fridge in the room turns off itself and overnight food storage is an issue. service is wonderful nevertheless.

They were always available to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and assist with any requests I had. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness truly made me feel like a valued guest. The room I stayed in was elegantly decorated and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed, along with the well-appointed amenities, made for a restful and enjoyable stay. The room offered stunning views of the city, allowing me to witness the vibrant Shibuya skyline both day and night. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience at the hotel's restaurants. The breakfast buffet was a delightful spread of both local and international dishes, catering to all tastes. The quality and variety of food exceeded my expectations, and the attentive staff ensured that I had everything I needed to start my day on a high note. Lastly, the hotel's facilities were excellent. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine even while traveling. It's very good. From the front desk to the room to breakfast to dinner, etc., every detail is great and the price/performance ratio is very high. Especially the dishes and service in the Japanese restaurant in the hotel are so authentic, which made my mother very happy. She will never forget the Japanese restaurant. It was my first time to stay at the Hilton Conrad. I didn’t expect that the service and quality were better than those at the Ritz-Carlton and Peninsula. I even liked it better. Unfortunately, I couldn’t cancel the hotel later, otherwise I would have to extend my stay for two days. What a pity. However, we have developed a new continent and will visit more often in the future!

The room was of decent size compared to smaller rooms I used to get in Shinjuku. It is has a convenience store just right at the hotel and around 15 miniutes walk from the nearest station. Enjoyed my stay overall.

This hotel is really lovely - modern and lots going on. Fantastic bakery - great for breakfast each morning. The rooms are small but have everything you need including a kettle, a small bath/shower etc. the only major major downside to this hotel is sound proofing - we had to call reception about 4x due to several noisy neighbours but also due to the fact that the walls are paper paper thin. We could hear the chap next door snoring too! The hotel really need to put signage up and doors into the bedroom area (as at the moment it’s connected openly to all the social areas) to tell people to be quiet when walking past bedrooms etc. Theres potential here for it to be the perfect hotel but this made it frustrating especially as we were so tired from our days out in Tokyo! Bring earplugs if you’ve already booked, you’ll be grateful for them….

Within 3 mins walk to train station conveniently link to various areas, family mart just downstairs with lots of eateries around, room was big with 3 single comfy beds with enough space for luggages, room was cleaned daily, amenities was great with sleeping wear provided and free usage of washing machine & dryer.

A very nice hotel, the room view was amazing, with direct access to the monorail station, and connected with a small mall where you can find a Convenience store & other shops
