I am very satisfied with the room and hotel staff. The room is spacious, bright and clean. The breakfast is delicious, with noodles and two kinds of whistles to choose from. The facilities are complete. There is also a 24-hour laundry room, which is very convenient. The staff can also help to deliver the washed clothes to the room. When you check out, you can store your luggage for free in the lobby. In short, I am very satisfied with my stay!

A magical stay experience throughout the trip, there is one to say,
Location: It is more convenient, you can see it from the high-speed rail station, and it is very convenient to take the bus to Fanjingshan to the tourist bus station;
Service: The little brother at the front desk is very patient and has been helping solve problems;
Facilities: The hotel faces the road 3 and is a traffic road. At 19:00 when you check in, you can enter the room as if you are sitting on the side of the road and ask for a room change. The original twin room was booked. I was told that there was 1 room on each floor of the hotel that was not facing the road and was a big bed room. I had no choice but to stay on the floor separately. (Thank you also Trip.com for helping solve it in time);
Hygiene: There is too much difference with the standard of the hotel star, and they do not use their towels and bath towels;
Wonderful: At 1 am, someone knocked on the door and didn't dare to open the door. When I went out at dawn, I found a takeaway on the door handle. 😰

The city is convenient and stable as always. The room is pretty good. I was able to check in at around 10pm. When I checked out the next day, I stored my luggage and picked it up in the afternoon. The whole process was very good. It was a very pleasant experience.

On the upper floor where you turn right after exiting the station, you don’t have to worry at all with your luggage. Although it is close to the station, there are soundproof curtains, so you will not be disturbed by noise unless there is a train whistle. The room is fully equipped, including a washing machine, smart toilet, and disinfection cabinet. Customer Service: Poor. Unresponsive to requests, lacking in providing assistance. Not courteous, which is expected of a hotel staff.
Staff: Unaccommodating, often responding with “No” rather than seeking solutions or alternatives.
Hotel Room: Good. The automatic toilet feature was a highlight.

It is really surprising that there is such a luxurious hotel in Tongren. The environment is very good, with a garden, a pool fountain, and a large stage for performing arts. It is very convenient to walk and relax in the garden; the transportation is convenient, next to the Tongren high-speed railway station, not far from Phoenix Airport, about 20 kilometers, and close to the exit of the North Expressway Station; the hotel facilities are complete, and the most surprising thing is that it has a constant temperature swimming pool and a gym, which are free for guests; the hotel management is in place, the staff are well-trained, polite, greet people, and serve with a smile. The meticulous and thoughtful service makes people feel at home! GGuest UserThere is a large book wall in the hotel lobby. It should be very comfortable to sit here and read on a sunny afternoon, but unfortunately we encountered a rainy day. There is a large rest space on the third floor. If you need to use the computer at night, it is quite good to sit here without affecting the family's rest. The room was clean and hygienic. Breakfast was freshly made rice noodles with minced meat, steamed buns with dried bamboo shoots, eggs, etc. After a warm meal, we went hiking. The boss gave us hiking gloves and a raincoat, which was very considerate. When we came, there was construction next to the hotel and the road was a bit dusty. Fortunately, the car could be parked in front of the hotel, which was more convenient.

RRuliThis is a gem of a bed and breakfast establishment. We were upgraded to a family style room upon arrival. The room was very large for the two of us. The room was located on the third floor and there is no elevator, but the host graciously carried our luggage to our room. The proximity of the accommodation to the Fangjian Mountain enables us to reach the park area before most other tourists coming from the nearby cities. We were already on our way down the mountain when we see the huge lines of people waiting for the buses and cable cars to come into the park.
The accommodation itself is quite impressive. The host and hostess did a good job of renovating to include all the modern amenities of a 5 stars hotel.
I would definitely recommend this place!

He was very enthusiastic...The first impression after checking in was also great. It was very beautiful and clean...it was worth choosing. You can eat in the village and the surrounding scenery is beautiful.

The room and bathroom were flawless and spotlessly clean, to the same standard as any international brand 5 star hotel and far exceeding any expectations I had. The outdoor swimming pool was a very welcome relief from the summer heat and humidity. Despite this, I did feel the service wasn’t to the same standard as the hotel. I had a negative experience when checking in, and with a phone call from the hotel in the following days, that, unfortunately, left a very sour taste in my mouth. I was also surprised that there was no one on the service desk of the pool and spa area to show us to the changing rooms or offer us any towels for swimming. This being said, I would stay here again in an instant and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tongren.

GGuest UserIt was such a surprise find at Fanjingshan. The rooms are big with modern facilities including toilet seat sensor. The inn also has a lift for those with big luggages and don’t want to climb the stairs with them, a feature that is not in all the inns around.
We have such a comfortable stay, even if it was just for a night. We took a didi to the inn in the evening and in the morning, the owner drove us to the gate of Fanjingshan to purchase the tickets. He also offered to pick us up when we are done for the day at fjs. He also helped us to engage a driver who drove us to fenghuang ancient town for a fair price based on our cab fare from Tongren to fjs. I will definitely recommend this inn which is also new, opened in March 2023.

XXixuekeThis is a hotel with good environment, good location, relatively new facilities, good service and free parking. It is within a 10-minute walk from the Fanjingshan Scenic Area Visitor Center. We grabbed the Fanjingshan tickets that morning and rushed here after visiting the Huangguoshu Scenic Area. It was after 10 o'clock in the evening when we checked in, and the lady at the front desk was still waiting. There was a thunderstorm and heavy rain in the middle of the night when we arrived at the hotel. But it was quiet indoors and I had a good rest. The breakfast powder in the store is very good. I will stay in this store next time.

The room was large, comfortable, clean and hygienic, and I felt good and happy.
I especially praised the breakfast. For the B&B, I especially praised the hotel's attentiveness, which was very good and beautiful.

GGuest UserBeaaaaautiful guesthouse with a beautiful view on the mountain. Its very quiet and peaceful, about 10-15mins walk from the small village where the restaurants are.
The rooms are nicey designed and decorated, all by the owner himself. You can see he put a lot of love and effort in it.
The rooms we stayed in had a big window and terrace, so we woke up to the mountains and the many flowers they planted around the guesthouse which was really nice.
The owner and his family are super nice and helpful with everything.
Only thing that we didnt like too much are the disposable towels, guesthouse owner explained its for hygiene purpose, but still prefer towels that can be reused.
Breakfast is very simple as they run the place all on their own and dont have the capacity yet.

CcnphoebeAlthough a good location and a nice room, the hotel is not equipped to host foreign guests.
There is a lack of willingness to help. When you ask for help in booking a taxi, they give you a number and tell you to do it yourself. This is not the service I expect from a hotel at that price. I have never encountered a hotel so unwilling to help in any way.
They did not help us to buy tickets for the mountain (which considering they are next to, is the one service they should provide! Every other hotel we have visited on our tour has helped us with attraction tickets). Foreigners cannot buy tickets without a Chinese ID. However, the hotel insisted we buy advance tickets, so we got a friend to help us instead. This was the wrong information: we were able to buy tickets on the day and could not use a friend’s ID! It is unacceptable to have such little information about the one tourist site next door; the only reason guests are staying in this remote location.
Our check-in also took longer than usual, and breakfast is apparently a ‘tour group’ style breakfast voucher. All in all, a disappointing stay. However as the hotel has a great location and nice rooms, this is easily fixable.

SSteven DowsonWe arrived via two buses and a taxi, next time we'll drive and there is lots of parking available at the front of the hotel. Receptionists and staff all very friendly and efficient. Room was very clean, great shower, squat toilet. Hotel is a short walk from West Gate, you can follow the road or cut through the trees. We ate at the hotel first evening upon arrival and the food was good home cooking, we also had the noodle breakfast which was basic but good. We were lucky to have great weather on Fanjingshan but it's a stiff hike from West Gate and our legs were sore the next day. After our day on the mountain we stopped at a restaurant close to the gate, and returned here on our second night because the food was fresh, tasty, good value, and they have an excellent view of the mountain opposite (see photos). On our second day we took a taxi down the mountain to the nearest town (taxis use the charging points opposite the hotel) but we had trouble getting back and were fortunate to hitch a lift. The West Gate is preferable to East Gate but it's better to have a car.
