The design of the room is a little odd but overall is ok mainly becoz it is still very new. However becoz the entire resort is TOO NEW, there are TOO MANY places still under construction (many paths shown on map that actually are dead-end), so lack of signage and unorganized shuttle car for hotel guests that we were lost when we try to head back to hotel at night after dinner from the restaurant inside the resort (called the so-called assistance hotline was just a message telling me they are not available)...
Basically this resort isn't ready for visit unless you just want to take pictures with old houses (and no people) as background.

濮院服務中心的工作人員提前一天打電話加微信，到了停車樓那邊管家慧婷就等在那裡，帶我們坐遊覽車去辦理入住和去酒店送我們進房間，她服務熱情周到，細心體貼，退房時也主動提供幫助，點贊👍🏻。遊覽車師傅直接從酒店給我們送到停車樓，再點贊👍🏻酒店在濮院景區裏，送兩份門票，還有其他服務，房間大，設施齊全，配置全新，有小陽台，茶室等等，除了地毯就都很完美，早餐也不錯，酒店性價比很高。因為王一博參加過時尚盛典，才知道濮院古鎮和梅尚度假酒店，我來打卡同款寺灣街和酒店，非常開心。

房間挺大的，挺乾淨的，早餐品種也比較豐富，小餛飩味道不錯。酒店整體環境非常大氣，酒店位於景區內，離主要景點非常近，包含門票和電瓶車服務，酒店服務人員還比較熱情，但主動性還有點不夠。

帶着長輩古鎮度假，悠閑自在，人不多體驗感不錯，也很安靜，酒店也非常棒，隔夜會提前確認到店時間，熱情接待，酒店比較新，設計上雖然有些不便之處，但總體還是很不錯的，還送了小糕點很貼心。古鎮的景色非常可以，白天傍晚和晚上的觀感都不太一樣，家人們比較喜歡傍晚景色，還有黑天鵝，非常有趣，下次還會選擇梅尚

酒店很好，環境優美，房間設施設備齊全，衞生乾淨，景區遊玩體驗非常，早餐也非常棒，入住酒店可以無限次坐遊覽車，小銀杏小許安排到位，十分滿意。下次還會再來。

還沒進酒店前就有小美女給我們指點停車🅿位，還一路帶我們辦理住宿，酒店🏨真是超棒，管家小美女和酒店前台的二位美女也是服務到位，耐心又細緻，也是讓我們非常的滿意，晚上還有免費的冥想課，第二天的早餐環境也是特別的棒👍，希望下次帶朋友再來一次😀

23年3月到過濮院，當時酒店還沒開業。心心念念想着去住上一晚，可以利用早晚安靜地現景拍照，這次如願成行。酒店住宿價包含了門票和景區內的用車，性價比太高了，點贊，還會去的！

很棒的一次出遊體驗，正值五一小長假人非常多但酒店的服務還是非常好👍定了兩間房由於一間沒有打掃出來就直接給我們升級了房型，這裏必須點贊沒有讓我們無休止的等待⌛️很貼心，餐飲方面早餐和晚餐東西都很豐富，管理非常好👍很有秩序，總體感覺非常好👍
服務：服務滿分💯工作人員都會主動幫忙提行李🧳
環境：環境很有意境
設施：到古鎮各個小景點都有電瓶車直達
