Hotel location is nearest to temple. Reached with family at 6am since room was available they allowed us checkin early. Hotel staff is co operative and helpful. Room was decent and clean. Rooms: 5/5 | service: 5/5 | location: 5/5 walkability

food options are plenty near triveni gate noteworthy details

Access road very narrow. Despite being offered complementary breakfast no information was passed on to registration desk. Bathroom accessories like towels and dental kit not provided. Finally the. Facilities do not match the charges. Be honest in what you project

Very close to temple. But the hygiene was poor. The bathroom had a terrible stench and the bed sheet was stained. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Stay was hygiene and. Staff was cooperative. And helped for booking cabs for sightseeing. Very nearer to mahakaleshwar temple i recommend definitely

The hotel is charging for 1 water bottle, which is always complimentary in all the hotel i stayed earlier. Ac was not working properly.

Location is great, it just next to the mahakal tample. Not sure if food is available in the hotel. Room size is too small. Rooms and bathroom are not clean.

Unnecessary drama with id verification and arrangements were poor, the hotel was very shabby, the bed and sheets were unusable. Over all poor maintenance and very bad hygiene

Good stay very happy with the hospitality. Clean bathroom, 24 hr water supply, great staff. My darshan was next day so i thought usually hotel owners ask to book next day room too but the person said you can keep your luggage safely with us and after finishing your work you can collect it from us. It will be easier and we did the same. They made us ujjain trip effortless. Thank you
