設施：齊全，熱水器燒水洗澡有點慢。外邊有飲水機很不錯。
衞生：較好
環境：在烏鋼旁邊，外邊市容一般吧。酒店內較好，是與考公機構一起的。安靜。

環境特別一般，主要的是。服務人員態度不好，而且還不願意服務。還説謊騙人，4樓，電梯不讓用，我問了有地暖嗎，説沒有。就是暖氣。暖氣熱。爬到了4樓，暖氣冰涼，然後賓館裏還沒有電話，問不了前台，在訂單找賓館電話，竟然停機，我又走下去，問暖氣為啥不熱，她告訴我都這樣，難道東北不給暖氣嗎，然後空調沒有遙控器，讓我去別的房間拿，這賓館，以後誰都別去了，還特別不好，臟的要命，水龍頭用方便袋子包着，流出來的水都把方便袋染成水質

還是得住離萬達遠一點的地方，靠近那邊兒的沒一個便宜，便宜要麼就是衞生環境不行，這個酒店衹能説還行，至少還算乾淨～

環境挺好的，挺寬敞的，衞生也可以，沒有潔癖的可以接受，房間隔音一般，隔壁一女孩唱歌唱到半夜，唱歌也行也能勉強接受，可帶着耳機唱歌！可想而知那種歌聲簡直了！自我陶醉

從性價比來説物有所值，但是卻讓我們遭遇了停水停電被迫退房的尷尬事情。
房間分類挺多其實除了單雙床以外都差不多，我們訂的三樓給我們分到四樓。雖然遠離鬧市附近夜市卻熱鬧的很。總體感覺還不錯。

酒店外觀沒有圖片中那麼高大，房間面積，佈局和設備都較標準，就是特價房間裏，破損的情況略多，不過住起來還是舒適的。
