"To be honest, if it weren't for the high rating on Ctrip, I wouldn't have considered this hotel. The high rating and numerous positive reviews filled me with anticipation, so my disappointment was a bit greater. It's not that the hotel is bad; purely in terms of room size, facilities, and value for money, it could even be considered good, but it simply doesn't warrant such a high score. Firstly, navigating to the hotel was a bit tricky. The default address leads to the main entrance of the residential complex, but the hotel is actually in an apartment building on the back side of the complex, so I had to call them for directions. Secondly, because it's an apartment building, the lobby downstairs leading to the elevators was not very clean. When checking in at night, I saw many cockroach-like insects. The elevator was haphazardly covered with stickers of various hotel names, giving it a messy feel. Check-in was on the 8th floor, handled by two people without work badges or uniforms, while guests waited with their luggage. The room was on the 10th floor and had a password lock. Upon entering, the room was indeed very spacious and had two 1.8-meter king-size beds, a refrigerator, and a washing machine, typical of an apartment layout. There were no major issues with cleanliness; the sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases were freshly changed, though the pillows had a slight scent of sweat. The mattress was a bit soft, but that's not a problem for everyone, as some guests prefer it. The TV was an issue; even to watch live TV on the smart TV, a membership was required, making it essentially just a decoration. Overall, if this hotel caters to long-stay travelers or a family of five, it would be very suitable and the value for money is truly high."

"I thought everything was great the first day, so I stayed another night. While Home Inn Select is much higher-end than the Home Inn Neo, the bedding is just as comfortable. One downside is that there aren't any slippers for entering or showering, so I'm stuck with disposable slippers, which aren't very clean. I hope they'll consider adding disinfectant slippers. It's a bit of a shame that I haven't chosen their breakfast at Home Inn several times, so I can't comment on that. I'll probably do that next time."
