Io soggiorno nel complesso è stato soddisfacente, il servizio alla reception ottimo. Purtroppo cambierei le coperte che vengono lasciate negli armadi (oltre ad essere poco estetiche, sembrano vecchie e c erano dei capelli)
La stanza è carina e la zona è comoda per muoversi soprattutto in auto. Ottimo avere il parcheggio

We ordered a room for 4 ( 2 adults and two little children). Asking for a baby crib for our little one at the reservation page website - at the time of check in we were asked to pay an extra 15 euros for it (it was actually the first hotel we visited in europe that requiers an extra cost for it). The receptionist started to argue with me with a mocking rude face that we should have known about it and it is obvious to all even though it was not written anywhere. When we refused and asked to cancel the baby cot, he then decided to give priority to the next guest after me, having me wait with a mocking smile for at least 10 minutes after accepting to deal with my request. The room was outmoded, low lightened had squicking doors, with a narrow and a bit challenging to use shower. Breakfast was ok though full of carbs. Location is far from center.

The structure is a bit old, as far as the room is concerned, nothing to complain about cleanliness, comfortable bed with double pillows, its modest dimensions make it suitable only for short stays. I really appreciated the shower cubicle, which worked perfectly, the drain was not blocked as I have often found in other hotels, even those of a higher category, doors in perfect condition and an excellent mixer which guaranteed a constant water temperature. Convenient parking and the possibility, subject to availability, of storing cars in the garage at a modest price. The breakfast is not too demanding, given the controlled prices of the structure, but a greater presence of the staff, who welcomes you and assists you upon arrival in the restaurant room, would be a good thing. The management of the tablecloths, used on both sides, was terrible, our "turned over" one was dirty on the side reserved for us.

Family stopover in beautiful Verona and the Brandoli hotel is certainly an excellent place to stay... not far from the centre, very well served by buses which allow you not to use the car... clean rooms, not the latest trend but also efficient Abundant buffet breakfast. The only flaw is that the reception staff is not very attentive in providing straight information and advice to traveling guests about their stay in Verona, otherwise everything is ok

Good in all respects: warm welcome, hearty and good breakfast. Very good location if you want to get around Verona and towards Lake Garda. Very clean and comfortable, air-conditioned room (very nice in August...). The little extra is the balcony which allows a lovely view of the vineyards and mountains. Small downside, we arrived while the restaurant was closed, which was missed during the stay (the location of the hotel does not allow you to eat on foot. You had to take the car)

Room booked (by my mistake) on day 8, around 4.30pm on the same day. However, I had to stay overnight on the 9th evening. On the morning of the 9th they charged me for the room not used the previous evening. I called, explained my mistake, and booked for the 9th evening (I had to stay in those parts) convinced that they would accommodate me on the double cost of the room!!! And yet nothing..... A little more understanding and humanity in times of crisis wouldn't do any harm and instead the god of money is increasingly ruling the roost! Poor them....

Small three-day trip to Verona, we choose the Brandoli attracted by the possibility of parking comfortably but still no more than a quarter of an hour from the city center (by car). The room assigned to us is on the third floor, clean, bright and spacious, however it lacked soundproofing and insulation perhaps due to the French window which did not close very well. Both the rooms and the corridors show signs of wear and age in some places. Sufficient breakfast, it's a shame that despite the presence of the bar, the preparation of hot drinks is entrusted to a sort of automatic dispenser. I'm counting on more than what I would have paid net of the pros and cons ratio.

Very courteous and professional staff but too aseptic and empathetic. I arrived with family and small children at 1.45pm and we were denied the possibility of checking in because there were 15 minutes left. The rules are correct but a minimum of flexibility... Spacious and reasonably clean rooms. Excellent location for those traveling by car.
