The male receptionist at the front desk speaks great English, and the female receptionist can speak a few words of Chinese, so there is no problem in communication. The owner of the hotel is Chinese. The location of the hotel is very good, with the bus terminal, Vientiane Center and Parkson Building within easy reach. There are many commercial shops around, and the famous Arc de Triomphe is only about 1 km away. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Laos next time.
