I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Fenghuang. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful—they assisted with station transfers, helped book train tickets for my next destinations, and even took the time to explain the main tourist areas on a map, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself is clean and simple, making it a great choice for a short stay. It’s especially suitable for a one-night visit while exploring Fenghuang Ancient City. The location is excellent, right by the river with a beautiful river view, which adds a lot to the overall experience. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay with great service.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from the very first moment. The welcome was impeccable, making me feel immediately comfortable and valued as a guest. Upon arrival, we were delighted to receive a basket of fresh fruit, which was a thoughtful and refreshing touch. The following day, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary breakfast. Everything was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality options. What made the experience even more special was the breathtaking view over the village, which created a perfect and relaxing atmosphere. I would also like to highlight the reception staff, who were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Every one of my requests was met with efficiency and a smile, including assistance with laundry services. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

My sister and I, as foreigners, had a wonderful stay at this hotel 😃. The room was absolutely beautiful, even better than the pictures, and it was clean and warm. The service was exceptional. Two handsome gentlemen helped us a lot; they picked us up from the train station and even asked us in advance about our breakfast preferences, preparing exactly what we liked. We were sad to leave and I definitely want to come back again, bringing my family and friends next time. Thank you so much for your excellent service ❤️ Highly recommend!

The hotel is good. Can’t say it excellent because it could be cleaner in the room. But the staff is really nice and helpful! They picked up and dropped us off at the railway station which was very nice of them. The breakfast was tasty. The second day we left early and they packed the food for us. I washed my clothes there, a worker helped me with the washing machine. I may stay there the next time I visit

First time staying in Zhuzhou and unfortunately it was raining. This hotel is located very near the river and I am sure the views would be quite nice on a clear day.

Choosing this hotel for my trip to Hengyang was a truly excellent decision. From the moment we arrived, Butler Muyu offered a warm welcome, swiftly guiding us through check-in and personally escorting us to our room. The front desk service was equally warm and attentive, making the check-in process efficient, complete with complimentary tea and, notably, no deposit required. The hotel's elegant Neo-Chinese design is a photographer's dream. Its convenient location, coupled with ample parking, meant no stress about finding a spot. Moreover, the surrounding area is brimming with diverse dining options, so you're spoilt for choice. Our room was fully equipped with modern amenities like an air purifier and a smart toilet. Hot water was instantly available, and the cleanliness, down to the smallest detail, was impeccable. The soft, skin-friendly bedding ensured a wonderfully restful night's sleep. Complimentary morning tea and late-night snacks were a delightful bonus. The Hengyang rice noodles at breakfast were unbelievably delicious, and many dishes were freshly prepared right before our eyes. The lovely souvenir upon check-out was another pleasant surprise. This hotel truly shines in both its exceptional service and outstanding value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

We stayed 2 nights. The hosts are very friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient, and the style is traditional. I really like the decoration of the room with traditional charm. It was walking distance from the cable car station to go to Tianmen Mountain 天门山. Many good restaurants are also around by walking distance. What i didn't like was the noise in the morning on the street and the plane as the airport is not far.

Had a really pleasant stay at this new hotel. The big sign for 'Yiju Hotel' (referring to a comfortable/livable hotel) was very prominent, and it was only about a hundred meters walk from the East Plaza exit. I called the front desk and the staff member was very friendly, patient, and thorough in their service. They even upgraded me to a larger bed room for free! The room was tidy, clean, and everything felt new. It was also quiet at night with good soundproofing. Plus, there was a smart toilet, and the bathroom had a great wet and dry separation. The laundry room was right next to the elevator, which is incredibly important for travelers – really a nice touch. And the breakfast was delicious too!

Enjoying berry tea in the courtyard while admiring the ancient town's night view was absolutely breathtaking. We had front-row seats for the 8:30 PM show, and the kids were thrilled, though the performance was a bit short. This room is supposedly where Yang Mi stayed! It was warm and clean, and the housekeeper even helped with luggage from the parking lot. Breakfast was also good. We would definitely stay here again on future visits to Furong Town, especially outside of winter.
