Been few times,always choose it for its location.
Room wasnt the cleanest,and there were things like coffee,drinks missing,but not a big issue.
Also got upgraded thanks to very nice gentelman working at the reception.

Check in at night was good,
However daytime , The front desk staff is not helpful at all. The Asian lady front desk staff was Very Rude. Will not back again.

Lovely lobby sitting on computer very nice bar and friendly barman looking out to town centre lovely atmosphere fast internet in lobby and in bedrooms clean and quiet we had room on to main road no noise at all 5 minutes walk to town centre 15 to Watford junction station will stay again 100% friendly staff free water in lobby would recommend to everyone

There is a parking nearby and it is good. Dont take steps as I was locked out once and lucky to spot a traveler who helped me.

This is our first family hotel staycation in United Kingdom,we choose Watford Leonardo Hotel and stayed for 2nights.I booked one night first because I am not sure this hotel is comfortable enough,the first day we reached is a rainy day and after a show in London we arrived at hotel around 6pm.The carpark Sutton is closed to the hotel and we spent £6 for 24hrs parking quite reasonable,(but you can get £2 discount from the front desk,but unfortunately nobody informed me,nevermind!!) We ordered some supper at night taste quite good.I admired their online checkin and check out service.But the next day when I was sleeping and hanged a signal at the door,their staffs knocked my door twice,quite ridiculous,they can call me instead but their manner is nice so hope they can improve it.If I stay in Watford again,I will definitely come back to this hotel.
