Big Hotel, clean, good breakfast. Beautiful and clean beach, swimming pools for adults and children. There are many places to take beautiful photos.

第一次來温州這個酒店非常經典，很有年代了，然後服務非常好。都很質樸。希望下次再來温州的時候，還有機會再來住一次。

1.攜程訂房後前台辦理入住要求繳納按金，令人匪夷所思。一家普通的經濟型賓館，難道怕旅客把你房間最值錢的席夢思床墊偷走嗎？雖然後來前台又改口説可以不用交按金，但是心裏已經非常的不痛快。入住衹給了一把牙刷，也不問一下有幾人同行。
2.安排的房間緊靠高架橋一邊，那噪音你懂的。。。
3.上午有客户過來談事情，跟客房大姐要兩瓶礦泉水，竟然回覆如果不確定下午續住，不能送礦泉水，酒店有規定，他們做不了主！讓人灰頭土臉，客户提議馬上退房，外面找個地方坐坐
4.退房到前台開發票，聽説要開專票，前台小丫頭不情願的反問一句:還要開專票？真希望她一口拒絕，我馬上打電話到税務舉報！
走南闖北，住過的酒店不少了，知道酒店難做，服務員難招， 管理培訓差強人意，人人都有自己的情緒，換位思考一下都不容易，很少給人差評，但是這一家賓館的入住體驗，説差，那是從頭到尾一條龍！

每次來温州出差都是住在這裏，還有開會也是選在這裏，主要是離高鐵近，交通方便，價格還比較實惠，有提供早餐，下面還有麪食提供，二樓有包廂可以請客。

辦理入住很快哦，前台的服務態度也不錯，一進房間特別的温馨，礦泉水也是免費飲用的。距離銀泰城步行15分鐘左右就到了，核酸點也在銀泰城外面，非常的方便，值得入住！ 還有停車是免費的！
