Had a great stay here. Really nice staff, everything in excellent condition. Simple and complete breakfast was terrific. Laundry facilities were in excellent condition. To locate: Essentially from the main Hankou Railway Station original front entrance, looking across the vast public space diagonally to the rightwards is a solid approx 10 storey box shaped building, previously a shopping mall, now ground and basement simple food centre and two nibbles, ice and alcohol shops. With half a dozen hotels occupying some of the floors - very common in China. The entrance to thos hotel is facing the Railway Station, with a rear lobby entrance from within the geound dloor of the building. Currently there is much (metro? ) construction going on around the building, and the metro entrances near the hotel are blocked off. Had a minor toilet blockage issue, staff had it repaired within 30 mins. Not much in immediate area, kfc and McDonald's across the public space area and the Chinese food restaurants in the hotel building. And a bakery. Had an excellent stay.

I highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel! My stay here was fantastic, truly impressive with its attention to detail. The lobby is spacious and stylish, and the complimentary tea and candy were a nice touch. The breakfast spread was diverse, combining Hubei specialties with Western options, ensuring a satisfying meal every day. The room had a separate wet and dry area, the facilities were all new, soundproofing was excellent, and both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi were great. What I want to praise the most is their service – the 24-hour butler was responsive and always ready to help. Their thoughtful lending cabinet had everything from dental floss and makeup remover wipes to band-aids, which was incredibly practical. They were also very friendly to children, proactively offering kids' amenities. Services like in-room food delivery, wake-up calls, free parking, and luggage storage made travel worry-free. Receiving complimentary water upon checkout and a follow-up call made me feel valued. The front desk staff were efficient and processed check-out quickly. Overall, the environment, service, and facilities are all top-notch, offering excellent value for money. It's definitely the best choice for business trips or leisure travel. Next time I'm in this city, this hotel will be my first pick!

The hotel was generally clean, and the reception area had a modern, futuristic design that made a good first impression. The room itself was decent and comfortable enough for the stay. However, the biggest issue was that I did not receive the room type I had booked and paid extra for. Instead, I was given a cheaper room, which was very disappointing. If guests pay for a specific room category, they should receive exactly what was reserved. Another downside was the layout of the hotel. Finding the room was unnecessarily difficult, as the corridors felt like a maze and navigating through them was frustrating. Overall, the hotel has some positive aspects, especially the cleanliness and reception area, but the room allocation issue and confusing layout significantly affected the experience.

The front desk service was exceptionally good. They even offer free late-night snacks, like porridge and tea, which the auntie makes really well – quite delicious! They also have a free laundry service; if you wash your clothes at night, they'll be returned the next day, which is super thoughtful. There's a bus stop right outside the entrance, making it very convenient for getting around. We took a trip to Hankou Beach, and it's quite close. Highly recommended, especially for the great value for money. It'll definitely be our first choice next time we visit Wuhan!

Had a fantastic stay! I booked this hotel near Hankou Station to catch an early train. Even though I missed the regular breakfast, the front desk thoughtfully prepared a breakfast bag for me, which was a very nice touch. The environment and hygiene were great, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the room was perfectly adequate. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. It's truly close to Hankou Station, just a 10-minute walk. Five-star rating all around, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm taking a train! 😁

The self-service breakfast offered a rich variety, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables. Noodles, congee, cold dishes, and fresh fruits were all available. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were delicious and homely, ensuring I was well-fed and satisfied. Housekeeping service was prompt and regular, with timely replenishment of tissues and drinking water. Whenever I had any extra requests and called the front desk, the staff quickly came to my room to assist. Overall, the value for money is excellent. The service is warm and caring, the environment feels safe and secure, and the attention to detail is truly considerate. There's no impersonal, production-line service here; the living atmosphere is top-notch. My stay was incredibly relaxing and reassuring.
