早餐種類不多，但是足夠了，有時是白粥，值得推薦；前台和收拾房間的阿姨都很好，出差住了很久，值得推薦！

每次出門必住的全季，不得不説大品牌果然沒有讓我失望。前台小姐姐人美心善～服務態度特別好～房間乾淨、整潔、無異味。特別感謝還給我們贈送了小禮物😄～以後如果來無錫，依然會選擇這家酒店。附近是學校，下樓就能吃到很多好吃的～很方便。必須滿分～附上櫻花美照😄

非常糟糕的酒店。竟然賣450元，攜程4.8高分。
1⃣️煙味重。攜程上標註無煙房，入住時我向前台確認過是無煙房，並且前台説賓館是全面禁煙的。但是入住後發現晚上二手煙味非常濃重。床品、沙發、窗台處都有濃重的煙味。我關掉中央空調和窗户後，煙味還在。早上吃飯的餐廳門口躺着一個很大的煙頭。
2⃣️毫無私隱和隔音。早上七點，樓上開始洗漱。我能清楚聽到他沖馬桶、洗漱、講話、咳嗽的聲音。他走路時的聲音咚咚咚地敲在我頭頂。我還能聽到隔壁看電視的聲音，和鄰居開關門的聲響。
3⃣️酒店服務態度惡劣。因為煙味濃重，環境很吵，我一整晚沒睡。凌晨兩點打電話給前台，前台説沒有保潔員，毫無解決問題的積極性和道歉。態度非常差。白天投訴後仍然沒有任何人來打掃衞生。整一個酒店對煙味毫無解決，對受損的住客毫無同情心，不止損不彌補，態度極其敷衍。
4⃣️消防隱患問題嚴重。走廊裏沒有任何安全逃生的指示。未見到樓梯。僅有一部電梯可以上下樓。一旦酒店內發生安全問題，所有人很有可能被全部困死在裏面。

陪孩子考研入住，房間很乾凈，床具睡的很舒服。早飯為考研的孩子們也準備的很充分。退房時間也貼心的推遲到了下午兩點。前台的小姐姐們服務態度也很細緻。值得推薦。
