環境：非常好，沒什麼噪音，睡得很香。酒店距離火車站600米左右很近，交通很方便，去無錫各個景點都很便利。
設施：很新，所有設施齊全。
衞生：乾淨，乾淨，乾淨
服務：前台服務很棒，客房阿姨也很好，入住體驗棒。
住的太舒服啦下次還會來的！

酒店整體乾淨整潔無異味！位置還是蠻好的停車比較方便，還是免費停車，酒店有停車卷，第二天送人去高鐵站是比較近，高鐵站就在隔壁這樣就不用早起了，能多睡一會懶覺了，房間設施齊全，熱水充足，上網快，隔音還算可以，前台服務語氣蠻好的，打掃阿姨也比較客氣親切，早餐不錯，下次來無錫還是首選這家店。

我們外地人的，看到**上有幾個景點不錯，正好乘着五一帶着一家老小出來旅遊，平常都工作，我也沒時間陪家裡，難得公司放假，聽酒店指示出了火車站往北走客運站還是較好找的，雖然天氣不太好，但是江南風景還是不錯的，酒店前台服務也不錯，看我們外地的怕我們睡不好還特地問我們睡眠好不好安排安靜的，房間也挺大，總體可以

位置：是非常好的，出行很方便，前台小姐姐接待態度也蠻好的，房間是中央空調現在的温度用剛剛好，網絡也蠻快的，整體來説還是可以的，隔音還是比較不錯的一晚上沒有聽到什麼聲音，退房的時間到了和前台説一下還免費給延長了一個小時。下次還住！

交通很方便，酒店的位置也很好找，就在車站附近，房間很大，衞生挺乾淨的，前台小姐姐很熱情，因為出來旅遊，不知道周邊情況，多問了很多問題，一點也沒有不耐煩，很詳細的推薦出遊計劃，很贊，下次出遊還會首選這家酒店🥰

酒店整體來説性價比還是蠻高的，店比較新，提前電話前台問一下怎麼過來的，前台小姐姐服務很細心人特別好，告知高鐵出來北出口出，沿着汽車客運站，C島公交站、按照指示牌指引走，一進C島公交站左轉出來右手邊就是酒店，還是提前電話問一下路線比較快走路也就幾分鐘就到酒店了一點也不繞路，酒店外觀房間整體寬敞乾淨整潔無異味，隔音效果整體比較不錯，房間裏面衞生間有個掛衣繩還是比較不錯的，早餐也比較可口，酒店位置特別好的，離高鐵站，汽車客運車，地鐵站，公交總站，也就幾分鐘路程適，很棒。下次來無錫還是會選擇。

酒店環境優雅，設施齊全，服務熱情周到，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。房間乾淨整潔，舒適度極高，是商務出差和旅遊的理想住宿地點。酒店離無錫站很近，交通便利。早餐自助早餐也挺不錯，種類也不少味道不錯。房間床品枕頭很舒適，住在這裏睡眠質量都好了，房間有免費的礦泉水和茶葉。前台服務態度很好，響應速度快，讓人感到很貼心！
