The kids room and the bed was super cool. Other then that the service was very friendly and we can highly recommend the Hotel. On arrival we got some fresh fruits, the furniture was great, breakfast had everything and all was fresh. They allowed us to have a late check-out without being charged. All in all great experience for a family

In general, the stay experience exceeded expectations, and it is worthy of being the first choice hotel in Wuxi. However, we checked in on an off-peak Thursday night. Based on past experience, if you check in on a long holiday or a weekend, it is recommended to lower your expectations appropriately. I went there during the cherry blossom season. I didn't book Sakura Villa. This hotel is a very good second choice. It is right next to the Lihu Ferris Wheel. The hotel has a boat that goes directly to Yuantouzhu Chongshan Wharf. It is smooth to enter the park without any delay. After entering the park, I went directly to take the sightseeing bus (free buses need to queue up, and those who are too lazy to wait are recommended to give priority to the sightseeing bus). I bought a 40-yuan ticket and went straight to the Sakura Valley. After browsing in a clockwise direction, I took the bus back to the gate. I didn't catch the hotel's return boat (the last one at 16:00 was too early, and 18:00 was the most suitable). I took the Leyou No. 1 bus at the exit, which cost 5 yuan per person. I didn't wait for a few minutes and got off at Liyuan one stop. It was very smooth and didn't hurt my legs. The hotel's buffet is also recommended. I stayed in Zone B, a lake view room, which is quite new and large. The balcony is very pleasant to look at Taihu Lake.

Girls four rooms, separate bathroom, the stay experience is quite comfortable, the quilt is soft. Don't use your own quilt. This is great. The Badger is too hot these days, fortunately the boss here has a dog accompanied by a lot of travel books.

The hotel is only a few kilometers away from Lihu Lake. It is very comfortable to walk back and forth at night. There is a shopping mall next to it, which is convenient for shopping and shopping. great budget hotel if you want a place in the city center. rooms are okay-ish, staff are friendly. very convenient to explore around. there's even a bus stop in front of the hotel.

I arrived at the hotel after 1 am due to my flight delay, and I managed to check in to the hotel within seconds. I booked 2 rooms but unfortunately, these 2 rooms are on different floors. Anyway, the room was clean.

It's really a big deal to stay in a hotel like this with a room rate of 1,000+. First of all, the room is relatively old, and there are still cleaning towels left by the aunt the day before in the bathroom. The worst thing is the service. I stayed in the room next to the linen room. My aunt was still chatting in the corridor and dragging the cleaning truck after 11 o'clock. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. When checking out, Katherina Pan at the front desk made a disgusting face. I have never seen a five-star hotel front desk with no smile at all. Nowadays, better hotel chains will greet customers when checking out, but the receptionist Pan's tone was so cold that I thought she worked in a state-owned hotel. When she checked my license plate number with me, I thought she was my boss. At least add some polite words🤷As a Sheraton, if it can't even train such a basic front desk, it will be delisted sooner or later.
