I booked a single room and was given a complimentary upgrade to a comfortable king-size bed room. It was spacious and well-equipped, with a conference table and a full range of toiletries. In addition to shower gel and shampoo, they also provided hand soap and laundry detergent, which was very nice. The room was very clean and odor-free. The electronic door lock provided high security, and the soundproofing was excellent, making it very quiet. Breakfast was served at 7:00 AM and included fruit.
