The hotel is decorated in a high-end atmosphere. The front desk staff is warm and polite, and the service is meticulous. I will never forget that when Manager Wang at the front desk saw that our family of three was traveling, he took the initiative to upgrade us to a suite without any additional charge. We were very touched by the meticulous service. I regret that I only arranged a one-day trip to Wuxi. Next time I go to Wuxi, I will definitely stay here again. I recommend this hotel to everyone. It is absolutely worth the money and a good experience.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and some could speak English. My hotel room was super clean, including the carpets, linen, and bathroom. In the morning, breakfast was buffet, and there were many choices. The hotel is located in a clean, quiet part of Wuxi City. I also liked the small but well equipped fitness room and the self-service laundry room.

I stayed at this hotel last time when I came to Wuxi. The location is good, the facilities are new, the place is clean, and the service attitude is very good. After I checked in, the front desk called to ask if I was satisfied with the room. I mentioned that the room type was not good, and they immediately upgraded us for free. The amenities in the room were very thoughtful, there were earplugs on the bedside table, and there were disposable shower heads in the bathroom. Overall, I was very satisfied.

I booked a suite which was exactly like the pictures. Spacious, comfortable bed and nice bath. However I arrived at 4pm and the room wasn’t ready, I couldn’t check in until 6pm. My friends had also booked a suite but they didn’t get one and were told there was nothing the hotel could do. Overall I was happy with my experience however the rooms my friends got were nowhere near as good as mine and spoiled the holiday a bit.

The antique decoration style made people feel like traveling back to ancient times. The room also uses Chinese-style decoration, which is antique and modern and comfortable. The whole house voice control and TV projection functions are even more surprising. I stayed in the Xinxiang Classic King Room. The room is spacious and bright, with all the facilities, especially the King Koil mattress, which made me sleep well all night. In terms of service, the waiters of Manxin Mansion are very warm and thoughtful. Xiao Zhang at the front desk is particularly attentive and considerate. He checked me in quickly. When I checked out, he also prepared mineral water for me and packed it in a bag. The details are true. The breakfast is varied. Although it is not very rich, it is enough to meet my needs. I especially recommend the small wontons, which are delicious and memorable. The surrounding environment is also a highlight of Manxin Mansion. Going out is Nanchang Street, which is very convenient for eating and playing. In my spare time, I like to sit in the public area of ​​the hotel and enjoy the rare tranquility and comfort. In general, Wuxi Nanchang Ancient Charm Manxin Mansion, whether it is the geographical location, room facilities, service quality or surrounding environment, makes me very satisfied. Cleanliness: Decent. The floor still felt a little dusty and dirty. The bed sheet has afew strands of hair. Otherwise, the room is relatively clean Location: It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working. Service: We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back. Amenities: The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient. Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

Just remember,28th floor is where the reception is, and check in there. Location great..easy to get to the Metro station, shopping, all very easily accessible. Surely I will stay here, next time I get to Wuxi. Rooms are extremely clean, comfortable with all amenities. Thank you 🙏😊.

Hotel is 10 minutes taxi ride from Wuxi station. 100 metres from Center 66 luxury mall with many eateries nearby.

The front desk lady very enthusiastically contacted the aunt to show me the booked room type, quite satisfied, and quickly checked in. The room is clean, the facilities are complete, the washing machine, the wardrobe space is large, the more detailed place has a clothes drying place and faces the air outlet of the air conditioner, and there is an oversized projection, which is great! The staff I met will greet warmly, the service awareness is high, the only lack of sound insulation needs to be improved, but because I was tired that day, the noise on the road did not affect sleep 😏, a beef soup shop next to the hotel tastes good!

Facilities: Very complete, you can cook noodles by yourself, there is a refrigerator and a washing machine. It’s no different from home. A rich breakfast provides you with energy for the day.
