The room was clean and comfortable, with complete amenities, and the Chinese restaurant's food was outstanding. The location is convenient, and the overall environment is tranquil and grand. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Wuxi.

Attentive service: The front desk was responsive and friendly. 2. Comfortable environment: The hotel was clean and tidy, and the minimalist style created a relaxing atmosphere. 3. Breakfast highlight: The freshly made wontons were delicious! The hot soup was fragrant and the kids loved it. The fried dough sticks were crispy but not hard, and the cooking was perfect. Suggestions: 1. Improve the space in the family room: The bedroom is currently small, making it a bit cramped for movement. Expanding the space in other areas in the future would improve the experience. 2. Improve the breakfast variety: While the wontons and fried dough sticks are highlights, the overall Western selection is limited. We recommend adding more cakes, bread, etc. 3. Pay attention to the storage time of food in hot weather: Replace the yellow rice jelly and coconut water with other options as soon as possible. Summary: As a family trip, the hotel's basic service and cleanliness were reassuring, and the wontons and fried dough sticks for breakfast were a pleasant surprise! Five-star perfect review! My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Wuxi Fuli far exceeded my expectations this time around. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuxi for leisure or business. The location is incredibly convenient. It's just a short walk to Nanhu Jiayuan Metro Station, making it easy to get to Yuantouzhu, Nanchang Street, and Sunac Land. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores downstairs, and ample free parking if you're driving. The smart room design is a huge plus – keyless entry via facial recognition, XiaoDu voice control for lights, curtains, and air conditioning, and a robot delivering meals which is both private and convenient. The 75-inch large-screen TV for streaming shows was a comfortable bonus. The King Koil mattress was just the right firmness, the bedding was clean and soft, and the room was spotless. The bathroom was dry and odor-free, and the fresh air system kept the air quality excellent. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were incredibly efficient. The staff were friendly and patient, and they provided detailed explanations for luggage storage and tour route inquiries. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, with delicious hot dishes, pastries, and wontons. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry room with dryers are especially convenient for longer trips. The value for money is outstanding among smart hotels in the same area. Overall, there are virtually no downsides. I will definitely choose this hotel first on my next visit to Wuxi!
