The hotel is great, but the bar hasn't opened yet. The hotel has a small plywood and a scale! ! ! The girl was ecstatic. Great hotel, clean, service staff with very good attitude. Breakfast was delivered to the room on the first day. There was also sweet soup in the evening. The rest of the days were buffets. Since we woke up very late every day, we didn't go to the buffet, but I felt that the buffet should be even better. It was really great to stay for four days. Arrived late (wee hours) due to my flight and upon arriving in the hotel, was met by a very rude security who does not allow our cab to alight us beside the hotel but rather a distance. Found out that the security does not work for the hotel. Upon check in, the staff was rather impatient as it was the wee hours but they did service recovery very quickly. Very clean rooms and staff was exceptionally friendly helping with the navigation, especially Wison, who was so patient.

Receptionists are really helpful and they are all speaking English. They suggest and introduce all Xi’an attractions to us during our checkin. Hotel is located at the South gate of city walls and the metro station is directly in front of the hotel. The room’s view is just perfect and you can enjoy the night view of the Xi’an city wall. The hotel and furnitures are a bit old but in general its okay and cleaning was nice. The only problem is there is no socket in the bathroom to use hair dryer, there was something look like a socket but the hair dryer didn’t run normally when we tried to use. We used the hair dryer next to bed, it is not a critical problem.

This hotel is really amazing for many reasons. First the location is right in front of the Muslim neighborhood and so close to the bell tower. Located in a big street it's easy to find. Then the environment from the lobby to the room are really good and confortable. Finally the staff are so nice and helpful, they even offer some snacks after a long day of walking on the streets. For the breakfast they always prepared fork and knife before we asked. I have to thank especially Wen Jing who have been so nice to us and made everything perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and thanks to all the people working there 👌🫶

We had a perfect stay at Campanile. Everything was excellent, very high standards of cleanliness and service. The shower's glass doors were always immaculate. Cleaning was done every day. Good products ñ, soft towels and linen. The hotel has a self laundry service which worked perfectly and left our clothes very nice. The breakfast was good but I would recommend adding more fresh fruits.

Good points: Nice hotel located just south of the Muslim Quarter and the street connecting the Drum and Bell towers. Good breakfast. Bad points: the floor matting outside the bathroom was dirty and stained. The bathroom is totally open plan with just a curtain. The WiFi can’t be used accessed unless you have a Chinese mobile number, so is basically unusable for international travellers.
