很差很差，提前預付了三天，定了兩間，其中一個客人當天到了覺得房間很差，暖氣不好，環境也不好，直接沒住，當晚房費扣了，第二天知道後，因為把要這間退掉，衹能一整個訂單全部退，退完重新定時，房費翻了3倍左右，我們跟酒店溝通，這個過程中那位男士一直都很不耐煩，並且在這期間沒有告知我們，直接聯繫顧客退房，讓把東西都拿走，態度非常差，差到以前從來沒寫過評價，但是這次實在忍不住想把這一年多在這家酒店定的房間都點差評

酒店如其名設計的很奇葩，洗手間的鏡子根本夠不到，跟擺設一樣，拖鞋雖然説是一次性的，但是薄的跟紙一樣，酒店前台也是沒有人的，給前台發訊息是不回的，一個前台還有要開一天會，藉口也是蠻新奇的，而且酒店沒有沐浴露和洗頭膏，樓層高就不説什麼了，隔音差點很，門外打掃衞生的阿姨在大聲聊天，不想花錢買罪受的，建議別去

服務態度一般 週五晚上十一點多到酒店樓下 找不到位置 打電話給商家 説話聲音小小的 我問了兩遍 沒聽清 語氣反而還更不好起來 房間牆壁臟有腳印 其他的酒店都是下午兩點退房 他這衹能中午十二點 想要延遲退房還得加錢下午讓打掃衞生 保潔也不在 房間衞生紙都不夠用 還得自個拿 最後我們自己去在外面買的紙巾 投影儀也有問題 有一塊地方是黃色的 應該是機器壞了
