房間非常乾淨 服務也特別好！
4樓的洗衣房非常方便！
不小心把床單弄濕了也馬上過來幫忙換。
這幾天偶爾下雨，酒店也有備用傘可以借。
離地鐵走路一分鐘，特別方便。
點外賣也有機器人幫忙送上樓。
真的很舒心

衞生服務都很好，工作人員都很熱情，離地鐵口很近，出行方便，房間網速很快，第一天入住就搶到了陝博的門票。

房間佈置簡潔大氣，衞生很好，工作人是客氣有禮貌，解答問題明確清楚。比西安的同類型如家、漢庭要好一些。
最好給房間配上小包裝茶葉，就更好了。

酒店地理位置很好，離鐘樓，鼓樓，城牆都特別近，就1-3站地鐵，且地鐵站離酒店也很近，公交離酒店也很近。房間很乾凈，設備也很新，設施也很全。前台的服務很好，熱情周到，有求必應，停車也很方便，牽車的師傅都是跑着為我們服務，印象很好。走在酒店，遇到任何一個服務員，都會熱情的打招呼，讓人很温馨。旁邊還有小館，味道也不錯。下次去西安，此酒店首選。

房間非常的寬敞明亮，出遊住在這樣的酒店覺得很乾凈安全，房間裏面設備很智能，燈光等開關都在床邊，還有感應燈，晚上上廁所也很方便。每天都有阿姨來打掃衞生，在酒店借剪刀用，阿姨非常熱心幫忙，情緒價值拉滿。前台的小哥哥小姐姐也都很熱心，還幫忙存放行李等等，服務態度超級好！！！
