The parking is convenient, the surrounding is quite lively, and there are many places to eat. It’s just that the TV is too small, and it feels like it’s not installed. The general feeling is average, and the sound insulation effect of the street side is not particularly good.

很差很差的一次體驗 像是上個世紀的設備，沒有瓶裝的沐浴露和洗髮水，床上到處都是骯臟的痕跡，地毯上的灰塵超級多，最主要的是，酒店不給開空調，服務態度極其的差勁，千萬別來了！！！！

非常滿意！就是部分傢俱有些不好使（電視經常死機卡屏，給臭弟放個喜羊羊吧，放完廣告就卡死，返回重新播放後還是死機，害我連看了數次廣告，最後以電視徹底卡死，遙控器也沒用作罷）

環境：挺好找，房間還可以，衹有床乾淨。其它的不敢恭維。
設施：基本齊全，但不實用，沐浴露洗髮水都是一包一次性的，不夠用呀
服務：前台業務水平不夠，配不上大酒店的稱謂。
衞生紙不僅不是抽紙還不乾淨。

開發票是納税人的合法權益，要求開發票，酒店態度極其惡略一直反問為什麼十月底的訂單十一月才開發票？什麼時候開發票是客户的自由，什麼時候開發票是你們和你們財務説了算的事情，這種酒店趕緊從攜程下架，太影響體驗感了。
沒有服務意識做什麼服務行業，“為啥走的時候不開發票”的質問問了三次，這種服務能出現在西安真的太可笑了，能問出這種問題反思下是不是酒店管理者的悲哀。
