感覺很差，11點讓退房，房卡就不好使，自動窗簾，蓮子還掉下來的，需要手動，讓刷房卡珊珊來遲，態度還很不好，從來沒住過讓11點退房跟房卡不好使的酒店 ，果斷換華住會，就不能學學淄博

網上訂的過去房間沒有，還要讓人等，本來下單的時候訂單上已註明可以免費升級房型，還帶早餐2份，前台工作人員不仔細看訂單訊息，還不給帶早餐。房間床品都是破的，衞生也不好，服務差，要個東西説是服務員下班了，整體入住太差
