Hotels in Xi＇an with Swimming Pools

The hotel is located in a very good location, with metro just at doorstep and many shopping malls, eateries around. The staff is friendly, breakfast has a large variety with many local delights. Few points to improve: The hotel was opened years ago so maintenance of the hotel needs to be improved. Some facilities such as carpet, sofa, bed mattresses and floor tiles need to be further cleaned and fixed/replaced. I spotted some issues in the room but I only noticed that when I was about to check out. Though the hotel couldn’t do more to compensate for that but the staff was friendly and willing to offer their help if needed.

The very best experience from our long trip (18 days) across China. The facilities are very cosy and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and professional. The English speaking level is very high. Andy Song was really helpful for all kinds of requests. The breakfast is great. The place is quiet which is rare in such a big city. Amazing place, strongly recommended. Sofitel in Renmin Square will be our next destination in Xi’an.

Not a word of English was once spoken here, despite claiming to be an International Hotel, with a Western restaurant. We were greeted by a sign saying that the swimming pool was closed, which was a major disappoin**ent as I had only booked this hotel to use the pool. I'm the room the tiles around the bath were all broken, and some on the floor too. It looks impressive when you first walk in, but then you notice issues. The ”coffee” is undrinkable to a westerner who doesn't take sugar. A huge selection of Chinese food for breakfast, but considering this is called a Western restaurant the cooked breakfast was appalling. The cook should ask someone how to fry eggs as they were awful. One day we had sausages that were fine, but the spicy ones are nothing like western sausages and not nice. I'm used to awful bacon in most countries, so this left me with beans on toast. The second day there were no beans, so just toast. The third day beans were empty, so I asked for some. After 10 minutes they came out stone cold. Very poor.

Clean and great place to stay, staff were prompt and helpful in ensuring my stay was pleasant. Will definitely recommend couples to try this when in Xi’an.

First of all, the front desk lady Cora is beautiful and gentle, and the service is very good. Any problems are solved at any time. I took my child and mother to play together, and upgraded the room. The scenery is so beautiful, and the children are very happy. We checked in on Friday. There was no one in the swimming pool in the afternoon, and we had a lot of fun in the pool. The front desk staff and lifeguards of the swimming pool are very nice and responsible. The water temperature is 28 degrees constant temperature. It was a little cold when I first got in the water, but it was fine after playing for a while. The swimming pool is clean and not big, but it is enough for children to play. Finally, I would like to give some suggestions for the room. The water in the shower area is not very good. It is estimated that it has not been cleaned for a certain period of time. After reporting to the front desk, they immediately sent a master to check and repair it. The response speed is very timely. In short, it was a pleasant stay. I highly recommend Amy!

Fantastic hotel right next to Datang Everbight Walking Street, Joy City Mall and the Goose Pagoda. Rooms are designed to look ”antique” to match the amcient theme of the area, but are very clean. Breakfast was reallly good!

Good service and nice breakdast . SPA and swimming pool also are well prepared during winter season.

Amenities are great and all as to be expected. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional( can serve you in English if required). A great breakfast with wide selection of fresh food. Will definitely recommend and make our regular stay when returning to Xian.thanks to all staff for an enjoyable 5 days!

Although the rooms and all extra services (Spa, hot spring, restaurants and bar) are quite expensive, it is a luxury resort and well worth a stay! Overall great location, wonderful service and comfortable stay.

Very good service. Perfect professional service from all hotel staffs. Specially, I got to know the hotel staffs Marshall, Edward, and Gary because I had something to ask, and I thank them for their careful consideration of hotel pickup service and hotel use ...Also, Sarah and Joyce in club lounge had such a good attitude.Today is my last day of New Year's vacation and I'm so happy to be here and very satisfied. It's a good hotel that doesn't need any explanation.In front of the hotel, in the lobby, and on each floor, sculptures and paintings by Chinese, Korean, and Japanese artists are displayed. Personally, I like Korean artist, Son Bongchae's painting in the center of hotel lobby. I strongly recommend this Ritz Carlton in Xian.The best hotel in Xian.
