Hotels near GROTTO, Xiamen

I stayed here on May 25th. The staff at front desk is really fast and helpful. The view inside the hotel, which is also restaurant for breakfast, is so nice. The food is good. Many local foods around the hotel, very convenient. Very near the airport too.

On the whole, it is still good. It's a good choice for transfer at airport. Because this hotel should be the one closest to Xiamen Gaoqi Airport. It's very good for a short rest. In addition, there will be shuttle buses to pick up and drop off guests from airport to hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for four days (it was originally five days, but the itinerary changed temporarily, and the front desk was also helpful in assisting). The location is very convenient. Special thanks to the hotel housekeeper Susan for her attentive service. She not only assisted me in connecting to the Internet, but also provided detailed travel strategies. The hotel facilities and decoration can be called five-star, and the environment is novel and comfortable. What impresses me the most is the unlimited self-service drink service in the lobby, which is very suitable for people like me who love to drink water. The AI ​​control of the room also allowed me to experience the convenience of technology, and I was very satisfied!

I originally booked just one night for a room with 'no window'. Upon arrival, they gave me a room with a small window but with a wonderful view outside. So I immediately extended my stay to 3 nights. A soaring office tower nearby put on a fantastic lights show every night. The room was very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities included. Lots of local buses and BRT buses right around the corner with many fascinating shops & eateries. The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. I'd like to give my thanks to two particular staff, Ms. Chen Mei 陈梅 & Ms. Lisa Lee Xia 李霞. They both went above and beyond during my stay to help me with many things, from purchasing Gulangyu ferry ticket, to helping me to set up my Alipay, WeChat, and other mundane things that normally would make any new visitor from outside of China crazy upon arrival. They both were very sweet, courteous, professional and efficient. They made my stay in Xiamen very enjoyable and easy to maneuver. The other male staff are also very friendly. Lastly, did I say Echeng Hotel has a robot server? I saw it one night delivering dinner from the ground floor to a room on the 6th floor and then returned to the ground floor lobby by itself. Very cool!

This hotel was perfect, great location, near pedestrian Street, with so many shops and local restaurants, everything in this hotel was very clean, with having professional, happy, and caring staff, specially Xiao Lin and his manager, they went out of their way to make sure guests are happy. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers going to Xiamen.

Hotel location is perfect as it located a busy pedestrian Zhongsan road with lots of shops surround the hotel and easy to pick a breakfast near hotel. A bit issue for wheelchaired traveler as elevator access is not available without using security guard access so my mother almost fall when taking an escalator

I came to Xiamen by myself and randomly found this hotel on Zhongshan Road. I thought it would be convenient for travel and close to scenic spots. The check-in day was also very smooth. The green color of the room is 100 points healing. At first I was worried that I would not be able to sleep well in a foreign place, but I fell asleep as soon as I lay on the bed at night. The room atmosphere is really good, the facilities are complete, clean and hygienic, and even the lobby is very bright. The boss also recommended nearby delicious food and shopping. A very happy stay

Hard to find the entrance but it’s nice you know it’s inside a mall then all good. Close to the main tourist areas and everything is walking distance. The Siming area is wonderful fun and Xiamen is a brilliant city, it’s got tourist and historical hotspots , it values and shares its history and you can feel the population is optimistic. I recommend Lestie as a good low cost hotel and Zhongshan area as a place Worth your time.

I stayed in four hotels in Xiamen for a week, and this one was the most comfortable one. I am glad for my choice. Because I arrived at the hotel at 9 am, the room I booked was not cleaned yet. I am very grateful for the warm service of the front desk lady Xiao Liang. In order to let us check in early, she took the initiative to communicate with the store manager to upgrade the street-facing Loter room and also gave us breakfast. The hotel is warmly decorated, clean and hygienic, with a reasonable layout. The quality of all the hotel staff is very high, making people feel at home. The hotel has a superior geographical location, right on the Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, quiet in the bustling city. Although it is on the street, it is not noisy at all. I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Xiamen!

The lady boss was very welcoming. Seeing me carrying a big box, she helped me carry it up the stairs. It was too hot to walk, so she immediately poured us some cold sour plum soup. She also upgraded the room for free. I was surprised that the room also had a small terrace, which was quite nice. The island map was very considerately provided during check-in. The overall feeling was very warm.
