位置優越交通便利，離地鐵近，3分鐘就到，酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服，清潔大姐服務很好，很主動，熱情，價格在市區中不算貴，住宿的環境，衞生都很好，服務態度規範，值得推薦，雖然裝修時間不長，但是無異味，值得推薦的酒店，贊贊贊。

位置很好，離地鐵站衹有幾百米，出行非常方便，去鼓浪嶼輪渡中心或者中山路步行街，六個站即可到達，公交車站也有十幾班公交車，酒店步行有個明發廣場，衹需15分鐘左右，小吃夜市一條街，還有一個商場家樂福，酒店服務也很好，房間衞生很乾凈，總之住得挺舒服的。

房價高，衞生真的很差，孩子一進門就感覺很不好，櫃門很破舊，很臟，又有氣味，衞生間地上衹要有一點濕的就非常滑，非常容易滑倒，洗澡間衹要開始洗澡就會門邊水漏到外面，我們到廈門已經是晚上了，睡了一晚，白天都要外面，晚上也很遲迴來，沒時間換酒店，這個所謂的酒店就是一個類似居民樓改造的宿舍樣的，連早餐都沒有的，對廈門的旅遊印象極差！

出口出來走幾分鐘就到了 非常方便 附近的火車站什麼的也都不遠 酒店服務設施環境都不錯，住的很放心 服務員也都很貼心 有什麼要求都儘量滿足服務態度很好 總之是個很不錯的選擇

這家酒店讓人無語，入住第一天就遇到煩心事。房間裏的wifi設定中找不到房間號，無法連接，找前台工作人員解決，他執意説不可能。後很不情願的來到房間，檢查後説是路由器設定問題，衹能連接其他房間的wifi將就着使用。在接下來的日子裏，仍然是這樣的問題，無法使用。再次找前台工作人員解決時，他卻顯得很不耐煩，態度一點都不友好，好像是我們給他找了麻煩。多次協商後才派人來處理，經檢測問題確實是出在設備上。其實有沒有wifi無所謂，我們要的衹是一種解決顧客訴求，為顧客着想的服務態度。前台工作人員用這種不耐煩的態度對待顧客的訴求讓人感覺心寒。更有甚者，住了四天，衹有第二天有保潔打掃了一次房間衞生（房間的垃圾桶被清空），打掃衞生是你們的職責，但是不能動顧客的東西。後來回家後在整理衣物時發現原來放在拉桿箱裏的一件夏季薄款淺色衣服不見了，及時與酒店前台聯繫，結果前台服務人員態度極其惡劣，他説衣服丟到別處了。因為拉桿箱衹在酒店打開過，回來的路上從未打開過拉桿箱。其實這件衣服是夏季薄款，還未來得及穿，一直放在拉桿箱裏，而我們住在酒店的第二天出門時拉桿箱是打開的，為的是把箱中衣服通通風晾一晾，所以等晚上回到酒店發現白天有人進入過房間，因為箱子裡衣服比較多，也有淺色的衣服，所以沒太注意箱子裏的變化。衣服不是特貴，但是在我們電話聯繫酒店前台詢問時，卻遭到了他們極其惡劣的態度，不但沒有表現出解決問題的誠意，推諉扯皮，還説了一些不中聽的話，把電話給掛斷了。在接下來的日子裏再未聯繫過我們。通過這兩件事，讓顧客看到了該酒店前台工作人員****，管理混亂。酒店是一個文明城市的窗口，試問這樣的酒店下次還敢來住嗎？
