房間乾淨衞生，環境安靜，走廊裏有孩子過家家的玩具，解放了我的陪伴。特別適合帶娃出行，距離各景區都十分近，出行特別方便。店家幫着提行李上的樓，老闆還準備了小推車，超級方便。走的時候下了點雨，老闆送了孩子們小雨傘，十分貼心。樓下對面還有個雜貨鋪，有好吃的水果切和簡單的超市功能。超讚！年底再來！

我們帶着2歲孩子和爸媽一行5人，所以選擇了親子酒店，萬萬沒想到，如此滿意👍，獨享2層空間！兩間屋（上下鋪）+3個衞生間+露台+陽台式餐廳！老闆人很好特意來碼頭等我們，還幫我們提行李，萬分感動！給我們介紹了餐廳，也很好吃！老闆的媽媽人也超級好，因為我們連住三天，幫我們換毛巾，收拾垃圾，和藹可親，我家寶貝很喜歡奶奶！第二天我們趕上下雨，中午飯後都在午休，老闆還幫我們把洗完晾在外面露台的衣服拿進屋裡，還有我們的鞋，感謝感謝🙏！
環境：5🌟我們進屋把鞋放在外面，都可以光腳踩地滿屋溜達！
設施：5🌟床單被罩乾淨整潔，上下鋪收拾的也十分精緻，還給寶寶提供了各種小玩具，我家寶貝十分喜歡紫色小熊，每天抱着不撒手！
衞生：5🌟衹要需要都可以每天更換洗漱用品和毛巾，老闆和老闆母親人都很好，溝通順暢！
服務：5🌟老闆特意做了閩南早餐，很好吃，還問了我們兩次是否吃的習慣。因為我們北方人，老闆特意做的葱花餅，配的小菜，太感激了！如果我再來鼓浪嶼，一定還要住他家！

一直夢想着擁有一個這樣的小院，種上花花草草，佈置文藝範。
暖洋洋的冬日中午，在院子裏曬太陽午睡，休息的週末在院子裏拾弄花草，悠庭度假別墅的院子正是我追求的樣子。
環境：地理位置不錯，1920年的老建築，門口有風貌建築的黑牌，歷史悠久。
裝修風格獨特，設計合理，規劃空間合理，不愧是設計師設計的。旋轉樓梯上的大露台，太喜歡了。
衞生：整潔衞生，床鋪舒適乾淨，整體住宿環境不錯。
設施：電視上有很多節目可以選擇，不出門的時候也很解悶。
表揚下樹屋和小愛同學，萌娃的最愛，玩回來就在樹屋裡一直和小愛同學聊天，小愛同學還可聲控電燈窗簾。
距離美食街很近，出門對面就有餐廳和水果小賣鋪，很方便。
早餐也不錯，好吃。
以後再來鼓浪嶼還選這家！

分享下入住體驗：很棒！店家很熱情，有問必答，會推薦旅遊景點，路線，推薦的美食沒有失望，下次可以考慮店家的私廚。房間裏有很多小玩偶，超級喜歡。房間衞生，床鋪舒適，榻榻米式，不怕掉下來，旁邊還有個小桌小椅，可以在那聊天很舒適，房間就有温控直飲水泡茶泡奶各種温度，方便衞生。隔音好，晚上睡覺很安靜。設施都很新，店家還熱心帶我們參觀其他房型，有的房間有洗衣機，微波爐，適合一家出遊，頂樓也有公共洗衣機，外套不小心打濕了，店家幫忙送洗，曬乾，服務很貼心。住民宿注重的是體驗當地風土人情，特色建築風味，很不錯的體驗感，下次出遊還是考慮民宿。早餐是小菜油條煎餅，剛熬的香粥，很有家的味道。本來想去趕海，天氣有點冷，趁着有太陽，在海邊散散步，曬曬太陽。

不好的地方：
1、房間特別小！！！沒有坐的地方，衹能坐床邊，放東西的地方也特別少，行李箱衹能放地上，走路的地方都沒有，幾個大人都在房間的時候會特別擁擠。房間很侷促，衹能滿足晚上來睡一覺，做不了其他事。
2、房間裏有大蜘蛛出沒。
3、床鋪收拾的不乾淨，還遺留了沙子。
4、房間沒有窗户，感覺很潮。
5、住的時候不會收拾房間，不會打掃房間，垃圾桶不會換垃圾袋。
6、民宿設施出問題，洗完兩個人就沒熱水了，導致晚上洗了一個冷水澡。
7、隔音差，走廊的聲音房間聽的一清二楚，尤其是走廊放了一個遊戲機，小孩子玩起來特別吵。
8、早餐就是單純的清粥小菜，雞蛋，配一點切的很小塊的油條和油餅，按人數提供。
好的地方：
服務挺好的！
1、會來碼頭接，雖然衹是幫忙拉下行李，但也算不錯的了。
2、房間衹能住三大一小，我們實際住了四大一小，前台小哥哥熱心幫我們免費申請了一間房住。
3、住之前就主動加了微信，有啥問題可以隨時問，回覆也很及時。
4、房間裝修的挺漂亮的，奶油風，會拍照的小姐姐們應該會喜歡；有可以調水温的直飲機，不用額外燒熱水；電視是紅米的，店家直接充了會員，熱門電視劇的啥都可以看。
