I would like to tell very thank to a manager of this hotel Joey Xiao, she was so kind and helped me with the tickets to 鼓浪屿, in general the staff is very polite and can solve your problems in time, breakfast was delicious and diverse. 位置：在SM城市廣場附近，交通便利，出門就有公交； 環境：大堂寬敞明亮，乾淨，一進門就有一股淡淡的禪茶香非常好聞！ 服務：服務人員很熱情，前台服務員工作細心。樓上清潔的大姐也很有禮貌，會主動問候，一直都笑眯眯的，感覺很親切！房間衞生很乾凈、整潔。住了三天家庭房，最後一天續住沒有原來的房型了，就訂了別的房間，前台工作人員想辦法幫我們調整，在前台補差價後繼續住原來的房間。點外賣也非常方便啦，設施齊全，店內有一個送餐機器人直接給你送到房間小機器人真的是好可愛的。 停車：酒店可以免費停車，很方便。非常推薦這家酒店！值得一住！

地理位置挺好的，機場過來或者從酒店去思明區都很近，打車也就20來分鐘（不堵車的話）
工作人員服務都很好，很有禮貌，客房打掃也很乾淨
美中不足的是早餐不值這個價，用餐營業時間短，想睡懶覺都不行，炒粉居然只上一次，吃完就不上新，後面的人都沒得吃，離譜（才8點不到居然就不更新），廁紙質量也粗糙

第一次選擇這個酒店入住，一到店裡就幫我升級房型，考慮到我們兩個人還特意升級了雙床房。這麼便宜的價格非常驚喜。
當天晚上酒店的經理還到房間拜訪，還送了水果，非常熱情。（當時因為有點事情忙所以沒記住這個經理），為什麼點評這麼多，主要是因為第二天早上用早餐的時候這個經理又在餐廳，這時候才知道這位經理是客房胡經理，給我留下很深刻的印象，非常温馨，下次還會選擇入住成功酒店！

進大堂的時候接待挺熱情的，辦理手續的時候也詢問了要不要幫叫車這些，酒店好像是新裝修的，客房服務也很周到，總體乾淨舒適比較滿意
