Hotels near Banzhu Scenic Area, Xinchang

I am a solo traveller to Xinchang. Great experience staying in a local minsu where the owners are very friendly and helpful, providing advice on how I could navigate the neighborhood. Grateful for their warm hospitality as well and they even offered to let me stay in the minsu (late check out) because my train departing xinchang is at 8pm. May Lord bless the minsu owners!

Great hotel for business travel. The rooms are clean, quiet, and well set up for working, with reliable Wi-Fi and a comfortable desk. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which I really appreciated on a tight schedule.

the Hotel is located along the main road, so its easily accessible even if u have big luggage. the room we booked came with a large balcony separated by a door.. i see many reviews saying its next to a pub and along the old street and its noisy. but as i returned to the room aabt 1030, its was quite quiet alr as most of the shops were closed. its a walking distance (abt 20mins walk) to the Dafosi Scenic area as well. only thing not satisfied is that the room has a smell lingering.. cant say what kind of smell it was but was bearable.. overall its cheap, good and convenient

The environment is good. There is a tea field in the back garden, which is quite special. The front desk checked in quickly. Because it was off-season, I was upgraded to a south-facing room. The room has a bathtub, which is very comfortable to take a bath. A bathtub cover is also provided. The breakfast is very good, with Xinchang specialty snacks. The waiter will take the initiative to ask if you want coffee. There are black swans in the back garden, and there is also a Rose Lady's manor with some cute little animals. Check out is fast, no need to wait, parking does not require registration, it is free, and there are fast charging piles.

I want to express my gratitude to the staff at Home Inn Plus Xinchang Grand Buddha Temple for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. The staff's camaraderie and genuine care, even despite language barriers. The use of a translation app allowed for effective communication, creating a memorable experience. I also want to send out a special thank you to (Wu Shaojie, 胡紹丽*, and 单张小琴*) for their dedication and assistance, particularly in resolving payment issues with my US bank cards, helping me get a taxi, getting a SIM card and use their personal phones to make calls for me and translate to the person on the other side. The manager's gesture of waiving the upgrade fee exemplifies genuine concern and compassion in the hospitality industry. The hotel's location is ideal for work life balance, with numerous food options and a shoppinright across the street. The cleaning ladies are always very friendly despite language barriers. Always smiling and polite. 2023, I stayed for a total of 108 nights in different hotels and cities. The hospitality I received at this hotel is unmatched. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfortable hotel with western standards. Good breakfast buffet.

I came to visit the Great Buddha Temple in Xinchang, and this was the only hotel nearby that allowed pets, which is a huge plus right off the bat! I was very satisfied from check-in to check-out. The hygiene was excellent, and the owner was very enthusiastic and accommodating. The location is also fantastic, very close to the Great Buddha Temple, Nan Street Carb Street, and all the popular网红 (influencer) spots and landmarks near Wozhou Road. If you're young, you can walk to all of them. It was a really great stay, highly recommend!

This is a good hotel only 5 minutes walk from the famous Buddhist temple in Xinchang, and a shirt taxi ride from Xinchang's main shopping area...so the location is great. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the room was clean and quiet.
