It's a dream-like place with spacious clean rooms, great hot tubs in the garden, around 20 of them, and very friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent to come and unwind for a few days .
The only thing missing was massage/spa service, which was explained to us, something they will have in the future. The hotel was relatively new when we stayed there in May 2022.
Also, delicious Hakka food at the hotel restaurant.

大早上六點多七點被空調滴水的聲音吵醒,反饋之後一直到九點半才有人上去看，我們下去吃早餐他們過來看👀然後我們回來和我們説沒有聲音，要不是我拍了視頻可真是有口難辯，過一會我突然發現被子裏有一衹蟑螂差點沒噁心死我.人家負責人上來就是這個是不可避免的，意思被子裏出現蟑螂是這家酒店的正常現象，害怕蟑螂的慎住。我已經是很好溝通的了，但他們的處理態度就是相當敷衍説一些處理方式,延遲退房和下次來打折,拜託我還敢來嗎？退房的時候給了我們兩瓶水一塊好麗友蛋糕就把我們打發了,775塊的房間連最起碼的衞生都達不到還要這麼高的價格真的服了，對了，温泉泡完身上起疙瘩了，別去了

差！非常差！第一次評價給你們！廁所巨臭無比！床單也是臭油味！第一次入住一家酒店房間能臭成這樣一整個晚上都被臭味薰到睡不着！入住也沒説温泉早上沒開放 小孩換好衣服下去才發現沒開！第一次體驗一家酒店如此差勁！

周邊什麼都沒有連個小賣部都看不到，餐廳太差勁了菜品都是涼的，服務員叫了就是看着你不理你一次就夠了不可能再去了

第二次來啦，下高速就到了
泡温泉的好地方，有小童池可以給小朋友玩
房間帶泡池，早晚可以在房間裏泡
也可以給小朋友玩水
陽台很大，在陽台打邊爐都很舒服
酒店服務超好哈哈
還送了小點心和麪膜，很用心啦
前台的小姐姐超好説話

服務很到位啦
唯一不足就是早餐時間比較短
睡過頭很容易就錯過時間了，10點就結束啦
早上温泉也沒有開放，如果想早上下去泡也沒辦法啦

【温泉湯池】房間陽台就有湯池，感覺很棒
🚗 交通：下高速後右邊的小路過來幾分鐘就是了，很近
🔔服務：服務很好，管家葉媚很熱情貼心
環境衞生都很不錯，可惜睡過頭了，沒吃到早餐，下次帶孩子再去一次。

2020年開業的新温泉酒店，設施完善，訂的悦泉雙床房面積夠大，陽台的温泉泡池是特色，一個小家庭一起泡沒問題。孩子玩的很開心。兩天都在在酒店的餐廳吃飯，價格不貴，菜做的挺好吃的。入住酒店後專門配有服務管家王朝巧全程跟進，服務態度很好，有求必應，值得讚揚！衹是地點有點偏僻，總體來説還是不錯的。
