The overall experience was a real pleasure. The hotel is modern, and clean. The room is spacious, and full of all the amenities required for a comfortable stay and the view from the window was stunning.
Also, the staff were extremely professional and caring to ensure our stay was comfortable and welcoming.
As a result, I am going to stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel for all both families, business and tourists.

We had a another great stay at the Universal again! It was a wonderful way to finish our Xinjiang trip. If we come again, the Universal will be pur first choice!

酒店裝修非常有格調，大廳很氣派，樓層也比較高，一進大廳就可以感受到濃濃新疆風情，工作人員也很熱情禮貌，給人一種賓至而歸的感覺。酒店設施設備非常齊全，房間提供免費Wi-Fi，可以在房間點餐，方便，快捷！尤其是酒店的方經理非常熱情、貼心、專業，能夠及時提供幫助，有求必應，很關注客人入住體驗，在這裏給方經理點贊😀。酒店的附近比較繁華，周邊就有購物中心和美食街，可以品嚐到新疆當地特色小吃，很值得推薦🤗🤗🤗

這次來烏魯木齊入住了環球酒店，酒店服務很不錯，方經理讓我印象深刻，感受到了工作人員服務的熱情，看着窗外被雪覆蓋的山頂是真的很美！網評挺不錯的一家酒店！入住都留下很深刻的映象！酒店離機場也很近，對於出差或者旅遊的人來説很方便，很棒！進酒店的大堂，不僅有非常濃郁的西域風情，這段時間還有酒店店慶活動，裝飾還多了份特色，還有漂亮的水晶飄帶和精緻的壁畫括整個大堂，都是拍照的好地方，很美！方經理到店前就聯繫我，瞭解了對房間的要求和到店時間，提前把房間準備好，到店給我介紹房間設施，推薦附近好吃又有的餐廳，酒店周圍各種各樣的店鋪很多，可以滿足購物，逛街，吃飯，簡直太方便了！酒店工作人員很熱情，很棒！住的很不錯，希望這的服務能一直這麼熱情下去！希望他們的酒店品牌也可以越來越棒！

酒店很有新疆特色，挺不錯！酒店大堂裝修裝飾很精緻，尤其是大堂水晶飄帶和西域壁畫相呼應，富麗堂皇！在店期間，很滿意滿意方經理一站式服務，在店期間很關注入住情況，服務好，主動給予幫助，酒店的基礎設施齊全，停車方便，住店免費停車！房間安靜，能看到夜景，上樓要刷房卡，住的放心！交通方便，周邊小吃多，酒店裡有兩個餐廳，有當地特色菜，也有自助餐，選擇多，還會選擇環球酒店！推薦入住

挺不錯，方經理服務熱情，提前安排好房間，主動詢問入住情況，積極給予幫助～房間採光好，安靜，可以看到天山，WiFi網速挺快，酒店的大廳裝飾有民族特色！設計的很不錯！滿滿新疆特色！服務人員態度好，有禮貌，微笑服務很暖心，打滿分！！
周邊交通便利，酒店到高鐵站近，到機場25分鐘左右很方便！很省心！
