Cordis really gave me an extremely surprising impression. The blue light roof in the swimming pool is very beautiful,the breakfast is delicious and variable,the dalong lake is huge and relax just near the hotel. Especially thank for Oliver,Abby and Gia,their professional and motivated work spirit!

這是一家新開的寶藏酒店。硬件設施非常棒，符合五星級豪華酒店的標準。比這個更棒的是服務，服務員會記得每一位住客的名字，會盡全力滿足顧客的要求。這次還為我升級了，住的是行政湖景套房，無敵湖景盡收眼底。行政酒廊的Gia還幫我調了雞尾酒！重點表揚下為我服務的三位人員：前台的winni shell 禮賓部的bason 酒廊的gia。很滿意！還會再來！

住一天就聯繫攜程提前退房了，訂單原因需要今天才可以點評，建議攜程最低分添加0分，因為給一分我都覺得高。
訂的套房，入住後就感覺室內特別悶熱，第一次溝通是致電前台，告訴我因為早晚温差大，客人覺得冷所以沒有開空調，衹開了新風系統，會送到房間一部電扇，同時和工程部反饋，吃晚飯的時候再次來電説工程部已經把空調製冷打開了，回到房間温度是26度左右。
夜裡再次被熱醒，看了調試16度的情況下室內温度是28度。接下來讓人匪夷所思的三次溝通開始了。睡醒致電前台反饋情況，並告知室內温度已經30度，得到的答覆是會分時段開冷風，現在已經開了，過一會兒就會好。本來想先下樓吃午飯，然後回來看看情況。在大堂想和值班經理反饋下這個情況，告訴我因為空調在調試，所以目前沒有開冷風，衹有新風系統，下午會看情況開冷風。我表示我剛剛打過前台電話告訴我已經開了，值班經理説要再確認一下。最精彩的來了，室內温度30度實在接受不了準備提前退房換酒店的時候，接到一個電話，上來就説剛才接電話的是實習生，然後竟然和我説，現在房間裏沒有暖風，衹有新風系統，因為現在沒有那麼冷！對，特意來電話説我們還沒有開暖風。
入住當晚游泳的時候，我説查評論游泳池還沒有開，康體的工作人員説，本來沒有開，這兩天有領導來了，怕領導想游泳就提前開了…再想想這個上來就説接電話的是實習生的人，實在哭笑不得，可能這和之前入住的上海、香港康德思不一樣，這是一個國營酒店吧…
再説一個看到的問題，入住當晚在酒店用餐，自助形式，口味不説了，中餐區的菜牌擺的亂七八糟，紅燒肉的牌子下面是青菜，麻婆豆腐的牌子下面是鴨肉，總之就是亂七八糟。
旅行入住酒店後有個習慣會買好礦泉水以及日常用品，第二天因為房間悶熱以及工作人員的不作為和推脱決定提前退房，也是非常麻煩的大包小包全部搬走，體驗感太差了，肯定不會再選擇也不推薦朋友選擇這個酒店。
