I freaking love this hotel during my stay in here(Xuzhou)..the buffet breakfast r great the staff superb service..I had small gift from the hotel n sliced pack watermelon upon check in..it was delicious!definitely will come back for sure!!looking forward and thank you for you guys service

The takeaway I ordered yesterday has not been delivered. The hotel did not let the courier go up. The courier brother did not call either. The message is posted on the platform, and it is said that the hotel should call to inform. No one is right or wrong. I did not return it either. I went to eat in the morning and saw the takeaway I ordered yesterday on the front desk. I don't know what the staff on duty will feel when they see something but haven't taken it away. No refund, it is not easy to be considerate of the courier brother. What do you think of the staff on duty? I think the hotel should be regulated under management.
