The location is good, by the river with a nice view. The hygiene conditions are decent, but the facilities are a bit old. It's an okay place to stay, mainly depending on the price. Usually, the price is very affordable. I booked it late at night and only stayed for a few hours, but then the price was hiked up. I paid about 150-160 more than the usual price, which made it less value for money.

If you're unsure which hotel to choose, Altira will never disappoint. I've been staying here for almost ten years straight, and every time, it feels like coming home. The cleaning is meticulous, and there's turn-down service every evening. On important holidays, the hotel even prepares cakes. Any reasonable request you have, the hotel tries its best to accommodate. Downstairs, shopping and dining are very convenient, and there's also Pop Mart. To get to Rua do Cunha, you can take a bus right outside. Now that the subway is completed, it's even faster to get to Rua do Cunha and A-Ma Temple. This hotel is amazing, I'm super satisfied! It's so convenient for concerts, just cross the road and you're at the Galaxy. Getting a taxi or car is easy too! Most importantly, the room was very clean and comfortable. The TV was a bit small, but I don't really watch it anyway, so no big deal. The service was also great; the front desk staff were all very polite and dedicated! I'll definitely stay here again next time!!! And Lay's concert was the absolute best! 👍👍👍

The room was very spacious, which I really liked! It was also quite convenient to get to The Venetian and Galaxy on foot. There's a bus stop right outside, which is great for getting around. Taxis were a bit hard to come by; the front desk managed to call one for me once, but the second time there were no cars available, so I had to use Uber myself. There are many convenience stores downstairs, which is very handy. The room Wi-Fi was genuinely terrible, and the signal was bad. A lot of people checked in after 3 PM, and going down in the elevator during busy times also meant a long wait. That's about it; otherwise, for the price, it was decent.

Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they took the time to answer all our questions, offer local recommendations, and make sure we were comfortable right away. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail set a great tone for the entire stay. The guest rooms were equally impressive. Our room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable bed that made for excellent sleep. Everything felt well-maintained and inviting—the modern amenities worked perfectly, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. It was clear that care had gone into creating a pleasant space for guests. Overall, both the reception team and the quality of the rooms exceeded our expectations. Initially, I was supposed to go with a friend, but due to feeling unwell, I let my friend go alone. I then tried to change the guest name on the booking, but encountered a lot of difficulties. Trip.com was unwilling to change my friend's name. I called the hotel, and they said they needed confirmation from the third-party platform. So, I called Trip.com again. After two or three days of processing and phone communication, they finally allowed me to make the change. It was quite inconvenient... However, the hotel's package reception service was pretty good; they could deliver directly to the room.

The location is a bit close to the East Asian Games Dome. A taxi from Macau Airport costs around 60 MOP. It's about a 13-15 minute walk from the Grand Lisboa Palace, but if you're not familiar with the area, be aware that there are slopes and you can't just cross the road anywhere. If you have a lot of luggage or small children, just take a taxi! Check-in was smooth. I was worried about the room card, so I didn't book through an agent. I really liked the highest room type! It has a 'hui' character layout with a three-part bathroom for privacy, and the sofa bed in the living room can be opened with bedding provided! They gave us a birthday cake upon check-in and plenty of bottled water. We also received skip-the-line tickets for the Wynn Palace gondola, a voucher for MaMi Egg Waffles, two 50 MOP Angel's Cafe vouchers, and a shopping mall discount booklet! You can get 20% off go-karting and souvenirs! Business was good, and they allowed a late checkout until 12 PM. Express checkout and free luggage storage were also available! Although there's no casino, there are shuttle buses to Wynn Palace, but airport buses are less frequent! Our room type included three breakfasts, but if yours doesn't, you can find a better deal on Dianping for group-buy breakfasts! The room was quiet and clean! Perfect for adult children traveling with their parents!

This is a relatively new hotel in Macau with excellent and modern facilities. However, the location is a bit out of the way. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Light Rail station, and the MT4 bus to the old town stops right in front of the hotel. For trips to the airport, I'd recommend taking a taxi. Pros: The service was great, and the room facilities and decor were very nice. The desk had a standard Chinese power outlet, and the bedside outlets even came with international adapters. All the bath products were L'Occitane. However, even in this room, I couldn't escape the typical southern humidity. The pleasant scent of the L'Occitane toiletries couldn't quite mask the damp smell. So, I'd advise setting your expectations accordingly; L'Occitane products won't solve the issue of a musty odor in the room.

This is my fourth time staying at Wynn Palace, and I keep choosing it because the Wynn Palace team is incredibly dedicated and attentive to guests' needs; every single team member is exceptionally friendly. During check-in, Mr. Terry Ng Ka Wah assisted me. Not only was he polite and efficient throughout the process, but what truly surprised me was that he remembered me at check-out, even greeting me warmly and proactively. This level of thoughtfulness and professionalism, truly putting guests at the heart of their service, made me feel incredibly valued and warm inside. Beyond Terry's excellent service, the entire hotel's facilities maintenance and cleanliness remain at an exceptionally high standard. From room tidiness to the smallest details in public areas, everything reflects the meticulousness expected of a five-star luxury hotel. Each time I return here, I genuinely experience that relaxing, 'home away from home' feeling. Thanks to Terry and the Wynn Palace team for yet another perfect stay. This is precisely why I keep coming back. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The hotel is super cute, with photo opportunities everywhere. My kids absolutely loved the breakfast included, and it was delicious! The service was also excellent. However, there were a few downsides: we only got our room at 4 PM, and it's a 10-minute exposed walk from the light rail station. The hotel's restaurant closed too early in the evening, leaving no other dining options besides a single cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style cafe). On a positive note, the apple candy from blooom is super tasty and affordable – highly recommend it!
