門鎖壞的，對女孩子來説非常非常不安全。這個地方其實根本算不上民宿，我們十二點回到他們店，門已經鎖了，打電話給老闆娘也沒啥後續，是我們自己喊的門，應該是租客開的門，連個正經的前台都沒有，被套有被煙頭燙破的痕跡也捨不得換，枕芯全部發黴還拿出來給別人用，這就是你們陽朔的待客之道嗎？房間哪哪都發黴了，579兩個晚上難道連個乾淨睡覺的地方都不配有嗎？後面懶得跟老闆娘扯皮直接跟攜程客服溝通，客服第一時間去跟那個***協商給我們退房或者退一天房，客服説那個***全部拒絕了，最後是平台方退了全部錢給我們，還幫我們看了其他民宿，不得不為攜程客服點贊，至於這家店祝早日關門大吉。
