I want to recognize Marie who greeted us at the front desk during check-in. She is a major reason why I am a very loyal, Titanium Rewards Member with Marriott Bonvoy. Marie was super helpful, a great professional and she even provided a perfect dinner spot, plus 2-for-1 drink coupon. Springhill Suites has a top flight team member in Marie. Thank you Marie for awesome service and keep up the great work. I'll see you again soon. Mike from Flagstaff
Quality Inn Prescott

As our two go to hotels (Green Tree and LaQuinta) rates went up, we decided to book the Quality Inn in Prescott to try to save a few $. It is pet friendly ($15 pet fee) and with pet fee we paid $139 for an overnight stay which saved a few dollars from the near $200 rates at other places. The hotel is easily accessible with free off-street parking. The staff was friendly and efficient on the phone and in person. The grounds and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed 2 queen room with minifridge and microwave. Despite being very crowded, it was fairly quiet throughout the night. Breakfast was a grab and go (burritos or toasted muffin sandwich with pastry) with some additional continental items available. Great central location. As other hotels' rates go up, this might be our cheaper alternative for trips to Prescott.

I stayed one night at this hotel (12/16/20). Two days later (12/18/20) I received a call from a woman who told me I had left something behind in the room. She then proceeded to describe drug paraphernalia and accuse me of being the one to leave it in the room. She then asked for permission to throw it away to which I responded ”yes please throw it away because it is not mine.” The next day (12/19/20) I had an unauthorized charge for $150. I called the hotel and was put on hold for a long while until I was then hung up on. I called back immediately and they said that I was being charged for doing drugs in the room and that was against their policy. I told them again that it was not mine and I was willing to prove it. I only had a carry on bag coming from the airport and was timestamped. It shows that I would not have time to buy drugs after leaving the airport while also being in a town I've never been to. I was lastly informed that they would look further into it and get back with me by Christmas at the latest. It is now the 28th and I have yet to hear from anyone. They are clearly lying, stealing, and taking advantage of people that live a distance away in hopes to get away with it. I will be contacting the BBB as well as my lawyer if this is not resolved immediately. In that case. not only will you be refunding my money but you will also be responsible for my legal fees as well as whatever measures are taken to prove that this drug paraphernalia is not mine and i do not do drugs. On a separate note, it also goes to show that they are doing an unsatisfactory job at making sure the rooms are being deeply cleaned after each guest. This is always an unacceptable practice, but during Covid it is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. I have all the proof I need to show my innocence and have my money returned and this company will be hearing from me until it is resolved completely.

Room was not ready upon check in. Had to wait almost an hour to get into room and very disappointed. Room was old. Blankets were thrown into closet on floor, lights did not work, refrigerator was warm, shower smelled bad There was no toilet paper, soap or coffee and we had to go to front desk to get these. We were only handed bare minimum. Coffee was decaf only and they would only give us 2 pods. If we wanted more we had to come back next day. Not sure why we were charged a ”Privilege” fee of 30 bucks per day, what the heck is that??!! We were unaware of this fee until bill came under door at end of stay. We were informed at check in there is no housekeeping services offered during stays. So what were the privileges offered???! Ice machine broken and vending machines empty. Coffee shop closed. ****** was old from 70's and dirty Restaurant's menu differed from online and some of their day menu items they did not have. Only one server for the entire Restaurant. Slow service. Front desk told us there was room service, however when we asked for a menu they said they do not have one. Creepy, old, non service hotel. Do not stay there. Should have been a better experience for what we paid. Positive...we had a great view.

The location was good and nice 2 block walk to Whiskey Row. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Since this is an historic building you'll need to be mindful that the bathrooms are small, some extremely small. The hotel also has many stairs, even stairs to get to the elevator, so this isn't a completely ADA complaint building. If you have trouble walking up/down stairs this will not be the hotel for you. There is 1 entrance that does not have stairs to enter. The building is charming and beautiful and definitely worth the visit. There is a coffee bar, liquor bar, and restaurant attached to the hotel, so you don't need to wander far for food & drink. I would recommend this hotel for its lication, history and charm. The staff was great as well.
