Hampton by Hilton properties in Yibin

The entire lobby was filled with a Christmas atmosphere! There was a Christmas tree and background music playing. We took a photo next to the tree with the kids. The front desk service was excellent; they helped our family take a group photo. The hotel's facilities and equipment are all great, and the staff are very friendly. The front desk attendant who checked us in recommended the pour-over coffee in the room, mentioning it was their brand. After we finished the ones in the room, they even had housekeeping deliver two more bags for free. Breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of options, and most importantly, the view was fantastic. Eating breakfast on the 20th floor overlooking the river was so comfortable. The room was also very comfortable to stay in.

The hotel's facilities are comprehensive. The 24-hour gym is perfect for working out anytime, and there's no need to get bored in the evening. The laundry room even has a dryer, so you don't have to worry about clothes getting wet even on rainy days. The breakfast options are plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options. The wait staff, Lily, is very polite and always greets us. The surrounding park is beautiful, and it's very relaxing to take a stroll there in the evening. Invoices and receipts are both electronic, which is convenient and quick. I'll definitely be back often.

Very good hotel with free upgrade as well from the front staff. The room is super stunning with many modern digital functions & garden view. The room service is also good. Can't believe in this small city also have such a good hotel.
