"Yibin Zhuliguan is a guesthouse crafted entirely from bamboo, and it's even won a design gold award. I stayed here a few years ago, and this time I came back with friends for the Yibin marathon and stayed another night. The breakfast was excellent, and they also offer afternoon tea. The price is great too, and it's incredibly photogenic – the aesthetics and service are both absolutely perfect! 💯"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Yibin Hualuxe Hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful traditional Chinese architecture blended with modern luxury. The location is perfect, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable.
However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the service, specifically from a staff member named Maggie.
From the moment we arrived, Maggie went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Her attention to detail and genuine warmth were evident in every interaction. "Our stay at this hotel in Yibin was truly excellent. Everything, from the staff's warm and attentive service to the smart and comfortable room environment, exceeded our expectations. The room felt brand new, featuring a smart toilet, a smart water dispenser, and automatic central air conditioning. We appreciated the choice of two pillows, one firm and one soft. Even small details like the toothbrush and slippers felt higher quality than at other hotels. The breakfast offered a good selection of both Western and Chinese dishes, and the menu varied daily. We all agreed it was delicious, and the Yibin noodles in the restaurant were generously portioned. We stayed for three nights with my family, and the room was quiet, allowing for a very restful sleep."

"The entire lobby was filled with a Christmas atmosphere! There was a Christmas tree and background music playing. We took a photo next to the tree with the kids. The front desk service was excellent; they helped our family take a group photo. The hotel's facilities and equipment are all great, and the staff are very friendly. The front desk attendant who checked us in recommended the pour-over coffee in the room, mentioning it was their brand. After we finished the ones in the room, they even had housekeeping deliver two more bags for free. Breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of options, and most importantly, the view was fantastic. Eating breakfast on the 20th floor overlooking the river was so comfortable. The room was also very comfortable to stay in."

GGuest UserThe service was excellent, Check in and check out was smooth and quick. The guy who runs the place went over and beyond. Before we left Chengdu we added the phone number and connected with him on WeChat. He helped check if our train (We bought tickets for Yibin) passed through the nearer train station. He helped to organize a driver for us from Yibin to the hotel. For breakfast the served simple but yummy bamboo noodles. Cleanliness I give them 10/10. The hotel is well maintained, super clean, even under the beds (we moved out 2 beds together). The bed was too comfortable. The pillows were super great. Had a beautiful 2 nights of sleep. The room was spacious. Location is great. A little away from the main area but close enough to walk there. the museum bus station is a few meters away (3 mins walk) and the cable car is 1km away. I suggest walking there, its a beautiful walk surrounded b bamboo. The guy who runs the place helped us to map the route to the places we wanted to see. I would stay here again.

We watched the sunset from the terrace in the evening, which was beautiful. The hotel food was also good, with a very generous breakfast. The butler even gave us a cake, which was delicious.

XXiaoben619Their house is located halfway up the mountain, very close by bus from the west gate. The bus stop at the entrance requires a short wait, but you can flag it down. Driving is recommended for more freedom. The rooms are very clean, and the owner and grandma's fried rice is especially delicious. We stayed in a room with a super large balcony and a fantastic view, surrounded by lush bamboo. This place is perfect for quiet tea drinking, meditation, and relaxation. If you can endure solitude and want to connect with nature, then this place is truly a great choice.

Especially their shredded chicken with fresh shredded bamboo shoots, which is tender and refreshing. Their homemade dried bamboo shoots are bright and crispy, without any added natural food. The location of the hotel is simply invincible, the transportation is more convenient than you can imagine, the high-speed rail station is very close, and various modes of transportation greatly facilitate itinerary arrangements. The hotel environment is impeccable, the public areas are spacious and bright, the decoration is exquisite, and the quality is reflected in the details. The room is clean and tidy, with a reasonable layout. The scenery outside the window is breathtaking, which makes people feel happy instantly during a tiring journey. OOtautahianI chose this hotel for its location in the old town. There is a snack street nearby plus lots of small restaurants. It is a ten minute walk to 合江门/ Hejiangmen. Breakfast and room were fine for this price point. Two things to note:
1. The main entrance was a little hard to see at first, you need to pass through what looks like a clothes shop first (see my photos)
2. Foreigners need to fill in an additional paper for at check in, including a contract person who can vouch for you in China. The hotel actually did call my contact person, to confirm I had entered China on the date and at the port I had declared to them at check in.
The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay.
