Location of this hotel is quite close to railway station, just less than 3 mins walk from the nearest station, although quite far from the main town, the environment is less crowded and fewer tourists nearby, which could be a good choice. ホテル アイマーレ伊勢佐木町 (Hoteru Aimāre Isesakichō) was such a wonderful surprise on our second trip to Yokohama! It deserves 4 to 5 stars in the least. It just has a tucked-in location but a well-worth find. So you won't be lost, here are some guide: Coming up from any of the Blue Line of Yokohama Municipal Subway-- Isezaki-Chojamachi Station (伊勢佐木長者町駅) Exits, you will find the 7-11 convenience store at the corner of the wide Negishi Road (横浜駅根岸道路) and with the stretch of the Odori Park along your right. Please walk towards Lawson Convenience Store and onwards. Walk on for six (6) blocks -- passing playground, Police Headquarters, Fire Station (brick bldg.), Aeon Convenience Store (very friendly and good prices)--until you reach the next Lawson store. That is the Nagashimabashi Intersection. Just turn left passing Century 21, Tiffana--and there with the beautiful blue shade is Hotel Imalle! We stayed in the room with two single beds, and the interiors were just so well-thought and cared for. We appreciate very much that after the long flight and train rides, the room was incredibly comfortable. They provided exquisitely folded bathrobes, and we also liked the beautiful flower-designed bathroom tiles and the wide area between the beds and the tv cabinet. Most of all, the front-desk personnel were so warm and friendly, you would wish you could stay longer. Thank you so much to the staff of Hotel Imalle. I had since always included all of you in our best wishes for your health and the continued success of your hotel.

Location is good, about 10 ~ 15 minutes walk from Sekiuchi Station. It is convenient because there are shopping streets and supermarkets in front of you. However, the room was terrible. It is old. The air conditioning is not effective at all, and the shower room has no ventilation fan, and it has been squeezed for a long time, and the temperature adjustment of the shower bath is not good (the type of temperature and cold is adjusted by oneself). 4 of us stayed for 3 nights during the typhoon. The first night we were in the annex around the corner, rooms very basic but excellent bedding and comfortable beds and a shower for 6 minutes. We then moved into the main hostel which was similar. Plenty roof terrace space so didn’t need to sit in rooms all the time. Host was friendly and place was constantly being cleaned. Not the best of areas to walk around in but hostel was fine

I have been coming to this hotel many times. It's always a bit different depending who will do your check-in. But they try to satisfy you anyway. For that reservation, i got a room at The 3rd floor... I asked a higher floor, and they upgraded me as there was no room available i guess... Nice gesture... It used to be normal...
