非常差勁，首先裝修味道特別濃，訂的新風房，原本以為配備專業的新風設備，沒想到就是一個移動的新風機，噪音特別大，那麼大的房間面積和氣味，根本無濟於事。想開窗通風，卻沒有窗紗，擔心蚊子進來衹能“**”一晚。
關於早餐，辦理入住時諮詢前台工作人員小童早餐是否要收費，對方看到孩子後表示收三十來塊錢，結果早上餐廳負責人員表示要收全價，説三歲以下的孩子免費，1.2米以下的半價，我兒子大概1.4左右要求收全價，與辦理入住時工作人員講的完全不一樣。我讓她和前台溝通核實一下，對方表示讓我自己去找前台，實在不明白這是什麼服務和管理，部門與部門之間的溝通不是酒店內部的問題嗎。全價都算了，早餐還特別差勁，蒸葉兒粑粑的鍋都是冷的。下樓辦理退房，遇到餐廳工作人員質問前台工作人員為什麼要跟客人講小童早餐是三十來塊錢，這是什麼奇葩管理，給客人添堵，還讓客人看笑話。

半夜開車路過永順，酒店很有特色，屬於地下酒店，給我的房間外面是一堵牆，前台説去晚了最後一間

設施：設施都很好 房間很大 但是智能語音不知道是小度還是小愛 我都叫了 沒有反應 也沒有説明 衹能手動關燈 一頓亂按！
衞生：衞生還是非常不錯的！
環境：房間很大 周邊沒什麼吃的 因為是新區的緣故吧
服務：辦入住的時候沒給我早餐券 第二天早上去吃早餐被告知要券 我衹能再去前台拿，讓送兩瓶水，等了很久沒送 我出房間的時候看見樓層服務員在無所事事，都前台卻説我不在房間。
可能是因為小地方吧，作為這地方最貴的酒店，服務完全跟不上，早餐廳就像鄉下趕集一樣！嘈雜的很！和吉首市的凱萊完全沒法比。
