房子非常乾淨而且準備了中秋禮品，性價比很高。岳西一個山坳中的小城市，隨山而建不是很大。吃的東西可以嘗試一下，但是感覺很多她們愛吃的外地人，有點吃不習慣.

每次來岳西出差必住的酒店，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，工作人員態度都很友好，特別表揚小程服務很好很專業，早餐豐盛，臨近中秋入住，房間還配送了月餅點心，很是温馨。

設施在岳西縣是最好的，非常新。隔音也好。服務人員很正規，態度很好。酒店的洗漱用品也不錯。早餐可以。房間也不錯。如果放在縣的標準裏作為五星可以了，但是如果放在省市標準裏還需改進。特別是作為五星酒店的泳池和健身房，居然是外包，夏季泳池對外開放，很多非住店客人特別是孩子學游泳。導致住店客人體驗感差。本來是打算游泳，看到泳池那麼多孩子而且還是非住店客人，果斷放棄了。其實如果考慮兼顧酒店客人和盈利性，可以在酒店客人辦理離店和入住的12點--15點對外開放泳池和健身房，其餘時間留給酒店客人使用，或者開放一條單獨泳道給外來人員學習游泳也可以。又比如自助早餐，搭配吐司的衹有黃油而沒有果醬。衹有筷子勺子沒有刀叉。衹有麪條沒有餛飩。煎餅又非常硬。酒店是和紫微山莊新樓盤一體的。身處農貿市場周邊，周圍還有工地在建。所以作為新開的五星酒店還有很多需要努力和提升。

酒店還不錯，首先陳設佈局比較舒服，還是蠻有格調的。前台的引導服務做的也很好，還幫忙升級了房間，晚上住宿環境蠻安靜的。很滿意的一次住宿體驗，還有小程服務態度非常友好，必須點個贊👍🏻

非常滿意這次入住體驗！房間衞生打掃了很乾凈，前台琴琴服務態度很好，辦事效率槓槓的，、 性價比挺高的酒店，30平左右房間挺大的，基本的設施都挺全的，WiFi也挺快的， 吃喝配套很全，很適合出差遊玩的朋友哦。
