Above and beyond. The shuttle service in-house was complimentary and efficient in transporting us back and forth the train station during our arrival and departure. Recommend to spend time with the Glacier paradise in Zermatt as well!

The location is very convenient; there is a hotel car to pick you up at the station

The pictures when booking the room were different from the actual room. The hotel was very helpful and immediately changed the room to the same one in the pictures.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic!!!!
We arrived on July 13th and they picked us up with all our luggage at the station, after which they gave us a free upgrade to the room with a view of the Matterhorn!!!!!
Something breathtaking!!!!
Truly gorgeous!

Actually, there is a hotel reception car at the exit, but we didn't know it.
I bought a bottle of red wine at the supermarket DENNE near the station, and ordered a steak on the 0th floor of the hotel. It was very comfortable for two people to share. Thank you hotel staff! We also ordered fried eggs for breakfast, which was good.
